General Flynn Issues a Dark Warning About What America is Facing Right Now [WATCH]

Retired Army Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn warned that the United States is facing a well-organized, ideologically driven Marxist movement that is far larger and more entrenched than many Americans realize, arguing that recent unrest and attacks demonstrate a lack of accountability and a growing threat to civil society.

Flynn said the movement is active across cities, universities, and local communities, and should not be viewed through a traditional political lens.

“We are facing a hardcore and a hardened Marxist ideological group of people that is larger than most people understand,” Flynn said.

“They are well trained, they’re well resourced, they’re active.”

Flynn referenced investigative reporting by James O’Keefe, saying it reinforced concerns about the scope and commitment of the movement.

“And that was James O’Keefe point,” Flynn said.

“You know that that we have to understand that these are people that are devout followers of their own, you know, sort of religion, if you will.”

He described that belief system as rooted in Marxist ideology.

“And this religion is, is a very hardcore Marxist ideological, you know, underpinning, and it starts, you know, on the streets,” Flynn said.

“It starts in the, you know, in the cities. And it clearly is running throughout the universities in our country, and it has been for some time.”

Flynn rejected the idea that the conflict can be understood as a standard partisan dispute.

“This is not, you know, Democrats versus Republicans,” he said.

“I beat my head against the wall on this kind of issue all the time, because people in in the political establishment think, well, we have better ideas and better policies because we’re Republicans.”

He dismissed that framing outright.

“Bullsh*t, this is a this is a war,” Flynn said. “These people see it as a war. Nobody wants to use that word.”

Flynn said the struggle extends beyond politics.

“It’s clearly a spiritual war, for sure,” he said.

He emphasized the need for action at the local level, particularly through community leaders and churches.

“And you know, in my my thing, and that’s where I’m out and about right now, I appreciate you allowing me to come in from the street,” Flynn said.

“I mean, my thing is getting local action going in local communities, particularly in in, you know, with community leaders and and within the church, the churches that we have.”

Flynn said recent incidents have shown that attacks on religious institutions are being carried out without consequence.

“Because what we just learned, and what they just learned is they can get away with attacking a church service, right?” Flynn said.

“They just learned that they can do it, because they just did it.”

He criticized the Department of Justice for failing to pursue accountability.

“And the DOJ walked away from this Don Lemon decision, right?” Flynn said.

“So, I mean, they just learned that they could get away with it, and they’re going to do it again.”

Flynn pointed to Minneapolis as a recurring focal point for unrest.

“And what they’re learning in Minneapolis, which is ground zero again, because remember, this is two blocks from where that woman was killed,” he said.

“You know that was, that was George Floyd in the summer of 2020.”

He cited the consequences of the 2020 unrest, which he said went largely unanswered.

“And we saw what happened in the summer of 2020, with no action, with no real consequences, you know, $30 billion multiple police officers, I think, you know, were killed and wounded during that period of time,” Flynn said.

Flynn said the current unrest reflects the consequences of that lack of accountability.

“Now we have the consequences again, of some of the things that we’re facing,” he said.

He concluded by saying the public’s patience is wearing thin.

“And I think the the American people are just tired of it, Steve,” Flynn said.

“They’re they’re getting to a point now where it’s like, okay, and that’s why I put like, you know, America first question mark, right?”
