Republican Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin introduced a resolution Thursday to unseal all court records relating to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Mullin accused Democrats of being disingenuous in their efforts at advancing Epstein-related legislation.

“I’m heading to the floor now to drop a resolution calling on federal and state courts to immediately unseal ALL materials that were part of any criminal investigation or prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein or Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell — subject only to redactions to protect victims,” Mullin wrote in a post on X. He later published images of the resolution in a separate post and explained why he is putting forth the new resolution.
“All credible information on the Epstein case must be made public so that the American people can decide,” Mullin stated.
“The Dem’s political football resolution tells the FBI and DOJ how to do their jobs. We’re moving towards justice and maximum transparency,” he continued.
Republican Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie recently introduced a bipartisan resolution in the House.

Democratic Arizona Sen. Ruben Gallego tried to force a vote on a resolution that would similarly force the release of documents related to Epstein, according to an Axios report.
“They’re protecting the rich and powerful — again,” state Gallego in a post on X after the GOP blocked his resolution last week.
