The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), a leading organization in the distribution of humanitarian aid in the war-torn Gaza Strip, is now reporting credible threats to its personnel, including U.S. citizens, from Hamas terrorists.
According to a statement provided exclusively to Fox News Digital, Hamas has allegedly placed bounties on the heads of GHF staff, targeting both American security personnel and local Palestinian aid workers.
“We are aware of credible reports that Hamas is openly targeting the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and those who work with us,” GHF said in the statement.

“According to these reports, Hamas has placed bounties on both our American security personnel and Palestinian aid workers—offering cash rewards to anyone who injures or kills them.”
The organization emphasized that those being targeted are aid workers focused solely on feeding Gaza’s civilian population amid ongoing conflict.
“The targets of Hamas’s brutality are heroes who are simply trying to feed the people of Gaza in the middle of a war,” the statement read.
GHF also alleged that Hamas has deployed “armed operatives” in close proximity to humanitarian aid zones.

The group believes the objective is to interfere with the delivery of food and supplies, claiming these actions are designed to “disrupt the only functioning aid delivery system in Gaza.”
Earlier this month, GHF workers came under violent attack.
The organization reported that twelve of its local aid workers were killed, while others were tortured. GHF attributed the attack to Hamas forces.
U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee weighed in on the development and criticized the United Nations for remaining silent about the threats and violence.
“Last month [President Trump] told us to get food to civilians in Gaza, but DON’T let Hamas steal it,” Huckabee wrote on X.
“NOT always pretty, but 800k+ unique recipients of food & 1ST TIME they [have] received food FREE since start of war. Hamas has stolen or taxed it & now w/ GHF they CAN’T! Hamas’ main tool to control Gaza is GONE. Hamas has put a bounty on the heads of everyone at GHF — Gazans [and] Americans. The UN remains SILENT.”
Last month @realDonaldTrump told us to get food to civilians in Gaza but DON’T let Hamas steal it. GHF delivers 50 MILLIONTH meal tomorrow. NOT always pretty, but 800k+ unique recipients of food & 1ST TIME they received food FREE since start of war. Hamas has stolen or taxed it &…

Rev. Johnnie Moore, Executive Chairman of GHF, responded to Huckabee’s post and confirmed that the information regarding the bounties came from newly obtained intelligence.
“Hamas would be very unwise to test the resolve of [President Donald Trump],” Moore wrote in a separate post on X.
“Hamas has put a bounty on head of everyone at GHF — Gazans & Americans.”
This is not hyperbole. It is based on new & credible info, received today. Hamas would be very unwise to test the resolve of @POTUS @realDonaldTrump. The press must behave more responsibly & all… https://t.co/ehbuk4CZwA

GHF is now urging the international community to publicly oppose Hamas’s actions, particularly its alleged targeting of local and American personnel involved in humanitarian operations.
“Hamas, through these violent and escalating threats, is showing the world it prefers chaos and starvation to peace and aid,” GHF stated.
“We call on international leaders and aid groups to stand with us and with the people of Gaza. The people of Gaza, who show up to our sites every day in defiance of Hamas’s threats and brutality, deserve it.”
According to the foundation, it has delivered nearly 50 million meals to civilians in Gaza since its operations began. GHF reported a total of 49,915,822 meals distributed to date.
The U.S. government has recently increased its support for GHF, with the State Department announcing on June 26 that it had approved $30 million in new funding for the group.
Principal Deputy Spokesperson Tommy Piggot praised GHF’s work and highlighted its strategic value in delivering aid while maintaining Israel’s security interests.
“We call on other countries to also support the GHF, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, and its critical work,” Piggot said during a briefing.
“From day one, we said we are open to creative solutions that securely provide aid to those in Gaza and protects Israel. The support is simply the latest iteration of President Trump’s and Secretary Rubio’s pursuit of peace in the region.”
GHF continues to operate under increasing risk while urging more global support for its workers and their mission.
