Kevin O’Connor, the former White House physician to President Joe Biden, is scheduled to sit for a deposition before the House Oversight Committee next month, the Daily Caller has confirmed.
O’Connor’s closed-door deposition is set for July 9, a committee aide told the Caller on Monday.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer initially sent a letter to O’Connor asking him to sit for a transcribed interview on June 25. (RELATED: ‘Cut It The F*ck Out’: Charlamagne Calls Out Eric Swalwell Over Denying Knowledge Of Biden’s Decline)
“In light of mounting evidence that confirms the Committee’s initial observation that President Biden was significantly unwell while serving in office, the Committee seeks information to ensure accurate information was provided to the American people and your health reports were not subject to any improper influence,” Comer wrote.

O’Connor had declined to comply with the panel’s request for voluntary testimony, according to a subpoena issued by Comer. The House Oversight Committee confirmed on June 10 that four Biden administration aides voluntarily agreed to transcribed interviews.
The former senior Biden aides — Neera Tanden, Anthony Bernal, Ashley Williams and Annie Tomasini — are scheduled to testify between June 24 and July 18.
The news comes after former White House physician and Republican Texas Rep. Ronny Jackson alleged to the Caller on June 9 that O’Connor engaged in inappropriate sexual misconduct during his time at the White House.

He was Vice President Biden’s doctor then and was borderline competent at the time.

Comer also sent letters to five former senior White House officials on June 4, including former Chief of Staff Ron Klain and former senior advisor Anita Dunn. (RELATED: Meet The Biden Inner Circle House Republicans Want To Drag In For Testimony)
President Donald Trump ordered Attorney General Pam Bondi to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the Biden autopen allegations and any potential efforts to conceal information about his health.
The announcement by Comer demanded that “they appear for transcribed interviews.”
Republican Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson stated in a May 22 announcement that he had sent letters to 28 former Biden cabinet members requesting voluntary interviews about “President Biden’s cognitive and health decline during his time in office and while running for reelection.”
