Hunter Biden Drops Lawsuit agains Giuliani
Hunter Biden was suing Rudy Giuliani over his “laptop from Hell,” arguing that the former mayor manipulated the data.
Not anymore. Biden is being forced to bow to reality. When you get convicted based on the evidence from that very same laptop, the authenticity of which the FBI itself attested, it’s pretty hard to convince anybody that all the evidence was cooked up by somebody.

The lawsuit was never serious to begin with, of course. It was a public relations stunt intended to do nothing but muddy the waters. But over the years, the waters have cleared, and everybody can see all the way to the bottom.
Hunter Biden is dropping a lawsuit against former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani that accused him of manipulating data found on the first son’s laptop.
Hunter’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, filed the stipulation for dismissing the case Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Lowell requested the lawsuit be dismissed “without prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses,” according to the New York Post.
Documents show attorneys from the various parties have agreed to the terms.
The lawsuit originally brought by Hunter Biden claimed that Giuliani and attorney Robert Costello violated the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and manipulated data on his infamous “laptop from hell.”
Are you shocked? Obviously not. Hunter Biden has much bigger fish to fry right now, and reportedly he is being plunged into debt with his legal bills stacking up.
His sugar daddy, who has poured millions into Hunter’s pockets, is tapped out. Kevin Morris poured millions of dollars into Hunter’s legal fees for no apparent reason, and he says he has no more money to give.
Hollywood lawyer and Hunter Biden‘s ‘sugar brother’, Kevin Morris, is said to be ‘tapped out’ of cash after financially supporting Hunter’s legal battles over the last four and a half years to the tune of $6 million.
Morris, 61, decided to step in after believing Hunter had little support, but he has since confirmed he is no longer going to continue to lend money to him to fight his battles.
Hence, the lawsuit went away. Suing Rudy Giuliani gets him nothing–Giuliani was right, after all–and costs Hunter money. And there is no possible PR benefit now.
Is Hunter in trouble over the long term? I doubt it. During the Biden presidency, his options were modestly limited, and he still had legal troubles over his massive tax fraud. But I have a hard time believing that the Biden clan will let Hunter sink once his father is out of office.
Money will magically appear. Count on it.
As I’ve said before, the only thing that might convince President Biden to get out of the race would be to save Hunter’s butt. But I have a hard time seeing him give up his position of power unless he absolutely has to.
Too many people are on the Biden gravy train, and while Democrats outside the White House might want him gone, Jill and Biden’s closest aides certainly don’t.
Of course, Abbe Lowell might have something to say about all this; after all, the superlawyer will want his fee covered.
Heh.
