Hunter Biden’s Baby Mama Asks Arkansas Judge to Jail Him Over Missed Child Support Payments

Lunden Roberts has asked an Arkansas judge to jail Hunter Biden for allegedly failing to comply with a court-ordered child support agreement involving their daughter, according to a new court filing made this week, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

Roberts, the mother of Hunter Biden’s six-year-old daughter, Navy Joan, submitted the request in Independence County, Arkansas, where the long-running child support case has been litigated.

In the filing, Roberts contends that Hunter Biden has failed to make agreed-upon monthly payments and has not followed through on other terms of a prior settlement.

Hunter Biden and Roberts reached a revised agreement in 2023 that reduced his child support obligation from $20,000 per month to $5,000 per month.

As part of that agreement, Hunter Biden was also expected to meet his daughter. Roberts told the court that neither requirement has been fulfilled.

In her filing, Roberts asked the court to impose incarceration until compliance is achieved.

She specifically requested that the judge “incarcerate” Hunter Biden until he follows the court’s orders regarding child support and related obligations.

The matter is being considered by Holly Meyer, who has overseen prior proceedings in the case.

Roberts, who is 34, has previously stated that Hunter Biden has never met his daughter.

For years, former President Joe Biden declined to publicly acknowledge Navy Joan as his granddaughter, though the child was later recognized by the Biden family.

Details of the latest filing were first reported by the Daily Mail, which described the motion as a renewed effort to enforce the 2023 settlement.

According to the outlet’s report, Roberts asked the court to take action after concluding that voluntary compliance was not forthcoming.

“The mother of Hunter Biden’s child has asked an Arkansas judge to have him arrested for failing to fulfil a child support agreement, in new court filings,” the Daily Mail reported.

The outlet further reported that, “Lunden Roberts, 34, filed an emotional plea to the judge on Tuesday, reopening her child support case against the felonious former First Son, who is now an artist.”

Roberts had previously agreed to settle claims that Hunter Biden owed millions in unpaid child support.

As part of the settlement, she accepted the reduced $5,000 monthly payment and an agreement that Hunter Biden would meet with their daughter, who was four years old at the time, and allow her to select some of his artwork.

However, Roberts told the court that Hunter Biden has not followed through.

In the filing, she asked Judge Meyer to “incarcerate him in the Independence County Detention Center as a civil penalty until he purges his contempt by complying with this court’s orders.”

Roberts also described the emotional impact of the situation on her daughter, who was identified by the alias “MC1” in court documents.

According to the filing, the child has expressed confusion and sadness about the absence of her father.

“MC1, who believes her father will go to heaven, once stated that she ‘could not wait to get to heaven’ so she could ‘be with [her] dad’ because her dad does not see or talk to her because her dad ‘lives far away and is really busy,’” Roberts wrote in the legal filing.

The court has not yet ruled on Roberts’ request. No public response from Hunter Biden or his legal representatives had been filed at the time of publication.
