Illinois Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate, released a campaign video that includes multiple people using profanity directed at President Donald Trump, as reported by Fox News.
Stratton shared the video on X with the caption, “They said it. We’re all thinking it.”
The video begins with three different individuals saying, “F— Trump, vote Juliana.”

Stratton then appears on screen and says, “They said it, not me. I’m Juliana Stratton, and I’m proud to have lived my whole life on the South Side of Chicago. I’m not scared of a wannabe dictator. I’m running for Senate to stand up to Donald Trump.”
In the video, Stratton also addresses U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. “I’ll abolish ICE and hold Trump accountable for the crimes he’s committed,” she declares.
Afterward, Stratton says, “Just like they said,” and three additional people repeat, “F**k Trump.”
One of the individuals featured in the video using the profanity is Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill., who has endorsed Stratton in the race. Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, who has also endorsed Stratton’s Senate bid, appears alongside the lieutenant governor in the video and says, “Vote Juliana.”

This Could Be the Most Important Video Gun Owners Watch All Year
Fox News Digital reached out to the White House for comment regarding the video.
Stratton is running in the Illinois Democratic U.S. Senate primary as Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., announced last year that he will not seek re-election in 2026.
Two other Democratic members of Congress are also competing for the seat. U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi and U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly are running in the Illinois U.S. Senate Democratic primary.
Stratton, who has served as Illinois lieutenant governor under Gov. Pritzker, has positioned her campaign in opposition to President Trump, who is currently serving as President of the United States. Her campaign video places that opposition front and center, featuring repeated profane attacks against the president alongside her own statements about abolishing ICE and holding him accountable.
The release of the video comes as the Democratic primary field begins to take shape ahead of the 2026 election cycle. With Durbin stepping aside, the race is expected to draw significant attention within Illinois and nationally.
Stratton’s use of explicit language in the campaign video quickly drew attention online after it was posted to X. Her caption accompanying the video, “They said it. We’re all thinking it,” directly references the repeated profane statements shown in the footage.
The White House had not publicly responded at the time Fox News Digital reached out for comment.
The Illinois Democratic primary will determine who advances to the general election in 2026 to compete for the Senate seat currently held by Durbin.
