Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha looked completely unfazed after being booed by some fellow attendees Thursday evening at the Kennedy Center.
The viral video shared by The Guardian’s Andrew Roth captured the overwhelmingly negative reaction as Vance and Usha took their seats at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., for a symphony performance. Boos and jeers erupted the moment the vice-presidential party entered the box tier. Apparently undaunted by the uproar, Vance responded with an ironic smile and a casual wave as he sipped his wine.

Shouts from the audience included, “You ruined this place!” and “Yeah, January 6th!”
At one point, someone yelled out, “kill that light!”
Vance and his wife carried on their conversation as if the uproar never happened and seemed indifferent to the crowd’s reaction to their presence.
The loud booing subsided when the performance began and they both remained for the entire concert.
