Jessica Biel Reacts as Justin Timberlake DWI Arrest Bodycam Video Surfaces [WATCH]

Jessica Biel is reportedly unhappy following the release of body camera footage connected to her husband Justin Timberlake’s driving while intoxicated arrest, as renewed attention returns to the 2024 incident, as reported by Page Six.

A source told People on Sunday that Biel is “not happy about the renewed attention,” adding, “There’s a reason they pushed back on the footage being released.”

The source also described the situation as “stressful,” noting that it “obviously doesn’t portray [Timberlake] in the best light.” According to the same source, Biel “would prefer to move past it.”

Despite the renewed focus, Biel is said to remain “supportive” of Timberlake. The couple has been married since 2012 and share two sons, Silas, 10, and Phineas, 5.

The source added, “There have been some challenging moments lately, and she’s focused on moving forward.”

The insider also said, “She’s the happiest when she’s able to focus on family life, along with her work, when she chooses to take on projects.”

At the same time, the source indicated that Biel has expressed disappointment over the situation.

“She’s also not afraid to express when she’s disappointed in certain decisions,” and “this was one of those moments,” the insider told the outlet.

The footage, released Friday, shows Timberlake being pulled over in Sag Harbor, a town on Long Island, following the June 2024 incident. In the video, the singer is asked to complete a series of sobriety tests.

He appears to stumble during one of the exercises and describes the tests as “hard,” while also stating that his “heart [was] racing.”

Timberlake cooperated with officers during parts of the encounter but declined multiple requests to take a breathalyzer test.

The video also shows a female friend arriving at the scene and referencing Timberlake’s public profile while speaking to officers.

“You’re arresting Justin Timberlake right now?” she asked before adding, “Can you guys please just do me a favor ’cause you loved ‘Bye Bye Bye’ or ‘Sexyback?’ Do me one favor!”

After being taken into custody, Timberlake was also seen making light remarks while at the station.

The release of the footage came after Timberlake filed a lawsuit against the town of Sag Harbor in an effort to block its public release.

Timberlake was arrested in June 2024 and charged with one count of driving while intoxicated. He was also cited for two traffic violations, including failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep right.

At the time of the arrest, a source told Page Six that Timberlake had been out with friends at the American Hotel before being pulled over, noting that “there were cops stationed outside.”

Another report from the outlet included an exchange between Timberlake and an officer during the stop. “The cop didn’t know who he was at first,” a source said.

“Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour.’”

A mugshot taken following the arrest showed Timberlake with bloodshot eyes. His legal team later maintained that he was not “intoxicated” at the time.

However, the case was resolved through a plea deal that reduced the DWI charge to a traffic violation, which is not considered a criminal offense.

As part of the resolution, Timberlake’s driver’s license was suspended.
