Federal Judge Arun Subramanian issued a warning Thursday to Sean “Diddy” Combs during a high-profile trial, cautioning that the music mogul could be removed from the courtroom for what the judge described as inappropriate behavior directed at jurors, as reported by TMZ.
The warning came during the 17th day of proceedings in the ongoing case against Combs.
After jurors were dismissed for a lunch break, Judge Subramanian addressed Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, saying that Combs had been “looking at jurors and nodding vigorously” during testimony that morning from witness Bryana “Bana” Bongolan.

“It cannot happen again,” Judge Subramanian stated, warning that continued behavior of this nature could result in sanctions, including the possible removal of Combs from the courtroom.
Though the judge did not accuse Combs of trying to influence the jury, his remarks suggested concern that the gestures could be interpreted as attempts to sway juror opinion during testimony.
Earlier in the day, Combs’ legal team cross-examined Bongolan regarding her claims that Combs once held her over the edge of a 17th-floor balcony.
Bongolan alleged the incident occurred on September 26, 2016, in Los Angeles. However, the defense challenged that timeline, presenting evidence that Combs was on the East Coast at the time.

They pointed to travel related to the “Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour” and noted that Combs, along with Cassie, attended an event in New York City on the same day.

Additionally, a hotel reservation under his alias “Frank Black” at the Trump International Hotel in Manhattan was shown to cover September 24–29.
Bongolan could not respond to the defense’s challenge about how Combs could have been in two places at once. During the redirect, the prosecution asked why she was unsure of the exact date, to which she responded it had been a long time ago.
Prosecutors later introduced a text from Cassie to Kristina Khorram, suggesting the incident may have occurred on September 30 instead.
Bongolan testified that during the incident, she and Combs were either smoking or preparing to smoke a blunt when he allegedly grabbed her and held her over the balcony, shouting, “You know what the f**k you did,” before pulling her back and slamming her into furniture.
The court now prepares for testimony from a second alleged victim, who will testify under the pseudonym “Jane.”
