Killer Used ICEblock App to Track ICE Agents

The Democrats and Pravda Media (but I repeat myself) have been doing everything they can to inspire, as Abigail Spanberger put it, “rage” against ICE agents.

Gavin Newsom famously ranted against ICE the night before Joshua Jahn went on his murderous rampage, and Democratic politicians have been calling ICE Trump’s “Gestapo” for months. Democrats around the country have been on the warpath to doxx ICE agents, and California passed a symbolic bill to force ICE agents to reveal their identities despite a 1000% increase in attacks on them, including an ambush in Alvarado, Texas, led by Antifa terrorists and the murderous rampage in Dallas yesterday.

As John wrote earlier today, FBI Director Kash Patel released new details regarding yesterday’s shooting, outlining all the evidence that backs up the obvious assertion that Jahn was targeting ICE.

 and FBI HQ have been working 24/7 to seize devices, exploit data, and process writings obtained on location and in the subject’s person/residence/bedroom. This @FBI is committed to providing timely updates, as promised:

– The perp downloaded a document titled “Dallas County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management” containing a list of DHS facilities. 

– He conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the “Charlie Kirk Shot Video” between 9/23-9/24.

-Between 8/19-8/24, he searched apps that tracked the presence of ICE agents. 

– One of the handwritten notes recovered read, “Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, ‘is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?”

– Further accumulated evidence to this point indicates a high degree of pre-attack planning. 

Among the many preparations he made before he decided to attack the ICE facility directly was downloading the ICEblock app. ICEblock is designed to crowdsource information about where ICE is conducting its immigration enforcement activity, and presumably, one of the potential ways to strike out at ICE that Jahn considered was ambushing agents as they fulfilled their duties among the public. 

Karoline Leavitt, the president’s press secretary, is not amused.

Three months ago, CNN irresponsibly gave free publicity to an app that recklessly shares the location of ICE Agents. 

It has now been revealed the leftist lunatic shooter who opened fire on the Dallas ICE Facility was using one of these apps. 

The liberal media is complicit in the increased threats and violence against ICE. 

We see it every day — they are quick to write a fake story portraying ICE in a negative light, often omitting the real facts of these cases, and they hardly ever write about the vicious criminals that ICE is arresting every day to make our country safer.

While I agree that Pravda Media is partially responsible for the war on ICE, I am not certain that CNN was wrong to publicize the app’s creation and distribution. It may be unfortunate that the app’s popularity is news, but I have to agree that it IS news worth covering. I did, because it was but one example among many of the escalating war on ICE and immigration enforcement.  Beege and I both wrote about it because it was newsworthy. 

HOLY CRAP! This ICE official just confirmed that the suspect from yesterdays attack in Dallas used the ICE tracking apps!

He then DEMOLISHED Demcorats who are still using the inflammatory rhetoric against ICE officers.

The Justice Department even fired the creator’s wife, who worked there, because she was part part-owner of the company. That, too, was news, and news you couldn’t begin to understand without knowing about the app. 

Now I admit that CNN’s coverage was rather laudatory, which is bad, but saying that the network gave free advertising is a bit much. There is so much more to criticize the networks for, including their description of ICE detentions as “kidnapping,” that focusing on this peripheral issue seems misguided. 

Of course, pointing the finger at the creator of ICEblock and all his supporters is fair game. They (mostly unintentionally) aided a killer choose his targets, and while I don’t think the creator is or should be criminally liable, he certainly deserves social opprobrium. 

The #resistance movement is worse this Trump term than in the last, which is saying something. The violence has just begun, I am afraid.
