Saturday marked a day of protests by radical left-wing activists targeting Tesla, with events organized across the country under the banner of a so-called “Tesla Takedown.”
The protesters, who have made their disdain for the company and its CEO, Elon Musk, clear, claim their actions are a way to undermine the electric vehicle manufacturer and remove Musk from government influence.
However, their aggressive tactics are raising concerns about who might be hurt in the process, including Tesla’s dealers, owners, and workers.

In New York City, the protests took a particularly extreme turn. Demonstrators held up a sign that read, “Burn a Tesla, Save Democracy,” a statement that was both threatening and delusional.

The protesters even wore cut-out cardboard Teslas with fake flames, adding a theatrically aggressive element to their actions.
The group was largely composed of older individuals, with many of them being women, who seemed intent on undermining a company that has played a major role in the development of electric vehicles.
Meanwhile, in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, there were interesting interactions between the protesters and members of the public.
One man, a former Democrat who had voted for the party for 25 years, expressed his frustration with the current state of politics, stating, “I’d rather not vote than vote Democrat at this point. And I’ve voted Democrat for 25 years! So what does that tell you?”

His statement highlighted a growing dissatisfaction among moderate Democrats, many of whom are increasingly alienated by the extreme actions of the left.
This shift in sentiment has led some former supporters of the Democratic Party to question their loyalty, opening their eyes to what they view as an overreach from the left.
As the protests unfolded, Tesla’s supporters didn’t remain silent. Across the country, counter-protesters organized “Stand with Tesla” and “Tesla Shield” actions to show their support for the company and Elon Musk.
In Paramus, New Jersey, supporters gathered holding signs that read “Thank you, Elon!” and “Trump” in an effort to rally behind the entrepreneur and his work with Tesla.

The honks of approval from passing vehicles served as a testament to the widespread support Musk and Tesla have among everyday Americans.
In Sacramento, California, the pro-Tesla contingent went the extra mile, bringing donuts to the employees inside the Tesla dealership.

Their gesture was well-received, adding a friendly and supportive note to the ongoing battle over the company’s future.
A particularly heartfelt show of support came from a woman in Ohio, who held a sign thanking Musk and “Big Balls,” a reference to the DOGE community.
She shared that she was in the market for a new car and, after witnessing the protests and the extreme tactics used by the demonstrators, she was now more convinced than ever to purchase a Tesla.
“Tesla is the most American-made car,” she said, adding that the protests had only strengthened her resolve to support the company.
I’m in tears. This young lady is shielding this Tesla Dealership. She’ll be buying a Tesla after realizing Tesla is the Most American made car ❤️

The protests against Tesla, while loud and attention-grabbing, have also highlighted a deep divide within the American public.
As more and more Americans—many of whom are former Democrats—begin to feel alienated by the extreme left, Tesla’s supporters are stepping up to defend the company and its leadership.
With rallies, counter-protests, and personal gestures of support, the “Stand with Tesla” movement is growing stronger, signaling that the radical left’s tactics may be doing more harm than good.
