A 22-year-old Swarthmore student wanted to run for the school’s women’s track team. Just one hiccup: He’s a man.

Evelyn Parts, as he is identified in court documents, filed suit against Swarthmore College on Aug. 14 for allegedly denying him this supposed right. Parts is also suing specific Swarthmore employees and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

Parts’ “college track career suddenly was halted on February 6, 2025, when the National Collegiate Athletic Association (‘NCAA’) issued the Participating Policy for Transgender Student Athletes (‘Trans Ban’). This policy bans transgender women from competing on women’s teams,” Parts’ suit reads. (RELATED: America’s ‘Non Binary’ And ‘Trans’ Community Falling Apart At Seams)

Mediocre male, “Evie” Parts is suing the NCAA and his former college, Swarthmore College for being forced to participate in the male division.

Parts’ lawsuit is typical of the narcissistic impositions of men who believe they are women. His delusion demands such suspension of disbelief that all of society must conspire to affirm it.

Parts claims Swarthmore employees “pushed” him into “such a depressive state that [he] engaged in self-harm and in one moment told a friend that [he] wanted to kill [himself].”

Seems like a bit much.

Might flying into a suicidal fit at a moment’s notice be a sign of underlying internal distress? Perhaps the sort of distress which accompanies taking exogenous cross-sex hormones and mutilating your reproductive organs?

About 42% of transgender-identified American adults have attempted suicide, according to the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law. Over 80% of transgender-identified adults have thought about suicide, and 56% have “engaged in non-suicidal self-injury over their lifetimes,” according to the Williams Institute.

But I’m sure the school is to blame for Parts’ screwy mental state.

“Being on the women’s team is a very affirming thing for her,” Lauren Lovingood, Parts’ girlfriend, told Teen Vogue. “The team allows her to participate in society in a way that aligns with who she is.”

Lovingood appears to believe the entire institution of sporting competition exists to make Parts feel better about himself.

🚨Another male athlete is suing the NCAA because he believes he’s entitled to the women’s team and locker room.

Parts was given the option to compete as a man, which he is, but apparently declined. Parts was also given the option to run “unattached to the College,” but apparently declined. (RELATED: Conservatives Vindicated As New Research Blows Gaping Hole In Leftist Worldview)

Swarthmore sadly reinstated Parts to the track team on April 11, according to court documents. Parts would go on to represent Swarthmore in three track meets. No word of the lawsuit is wasted sympathizing with the female athletes Parts competed against. Nor the female athlete he presumably displaced to nab a spot on the team.

“There’s so much on my mind that nobody else has to think about,” Parts told Teen Vogue. “This is not fair that I’m having to think about this. Everybody else is thinking about race strategy, and I’m thinking about whether I’ll be able to race.”

Parts’ own lawsuit concedes he was always able to race. Just not against women.

Parts is a “solid middle-of-the-pack runner,” according to Teen Vogue, who “did not dominate college competitions.”

Imagine how poorly he would have fared in a fair competition.
