Mamdani’s Favorite Podcaster: Forget Suicide Bombings, Use Drones!

Generally speaking, while it is fun to cherry-pick the rantings of an extreme “influencer” on either the left or the right, it really isn’t fair. 

I wouldn’t want to be answerable for whatever drivel Candace Owens or Tucker Carlson is saying at any one moment, so aside from using clips from any but the most popular “influencers” like the harridans of The View, which is produced by ABC News, hosts presidents and politicians, and is the most popular daytime talk show, we use lesser influencers as a gauge for what the most avid activists think, not as statements ex cathedra. 

On the other hand, when popular politicians and Pravda crown an influencer as the voice of a party or large group of activists, it’s fair to hold the politicians and activists to account for what they say. And when Time Magazine calls you one of the most influential content creators, it behooves us to pay attention. 

Hasan Piker is telling his followers to make suicide drones. Hasan also said that America deserved 9/11 and has hosted Houthi terrorists on his stream.

That’s why Hasan Piker’s statements, made either on his incredibly popular Twitch channel or even at celebration parties for politicians like Mamdani, are fair game. And this guy is a radical communist and Islamist sympathizer who talks about gutting conservatives, says America deserved 9/11, and now endorses suicide bombings. 

Hasan Piker has been coronated by the corporate media as the voice of the progressives— the “AOC of Twitch” and the “gateway drug” of progressives.

Now he is telling his followers how to commit terrorist attacks.

Worse, he tortures his dog, live on camera. 

Zohran Mamdani is the most closely associated politician with Piker, having campaigned with him and featured him at his victory party. They share an ideology, if not a style—Mamdani presents as genuinely smart and likable while Piker is a raving lunatic. But there is little daylight between them.

And Mamdani is not some fringe figure in the Democratic Party. According to YouGov, he is among the most popular Democrats in the country, all of whom are a rogue’s gallery of anti-Americans. At least, Barack Obama convinced many Democrats he was a center-left figure. None of the rest even comes close to that. 

That Piker can be, simultaneously, be considered a mainstream influencer among younger Democrats and an avowed communist and America-hater is so on-brand that it makes you wonder whether he came out of central casting for the old TV Show “24.”

I would be shocked, perhaps put into a stupor, if anybody in Pravda asked Mamdani about Piker’s comments about suicide bombings and drone attacks, or about his close relationship with this scumbag.

Piker is an avatar of the “decolonization” wing of the Democratic Party, which dominates the academic elite and the commentariat. “Noone is illegal on stolen land” is the mildest form of this idiocy, and riots are their favorite tactic, but not their only violent one.

The Democrats are becoming increasingly unhinged and no longer go out of their way to disassociate themselves from the worst people in the world.

Left-wing activists are out marching with photos of Ayatollah Khamenei, posting “Death to America” online, and professors are expressing the same sentiments. It’s perfectly fair to point that out and demand that Democrats either denounce them or take responsibility for it.

Unfortunately, the people in Pravda are promoting people like Piker instead, which tells you everything you need to know.
