Minnesota Democrats’ Priorities: Owning AR-15 Gets You More Jail Time Than Attempted Rape

I’m not making this one up. Minnesota’s Democrats, called the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party because we are weird here, have proposed a law to make owning an AR-15, the most popular rifle in America, selling 3-4 million copies a year, a felony with a sentence of up to five years. 

Attempting to rape somebody in the presence of a child is, in Minnesota statutes, a lessor crime than owning one if this law passes. 

Apparently, owning an AR is worse than rape.

Subdivision 1.Sexual penetration; crime defined.

 

A person is guilty of criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree if the person engages in nonconsensual sexual penetration.

Subd. 1a.Sexual contact; child present; crime defined.

 

A person is guilty of criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree if:

(1) the person engages in nonconsensual sexual contact; or

(2) the person engages in masturbation or lewd exhibition of the genitals in the presence of a minor under the age of 16, knowing or having reason to know the minor is present.

For purposes of this section, “sexual contact” has the meaning given in section 609.341, subdivision 11, paragraph (a), clauses (i), (iv), and (v). Sexual contact also includes the intentional removal or attempted removal of clothing covering the complainant’s intimate parts or undergarments, and the nonconsensual touching by the complainant of the actor’s intimate parts, effected by the actor, if the action is performed with sexual or aggressive intent.

Subd. 2.Gross misdemeanor.

 

A person convicted under subdivision 1a may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 364 days or to a payment of a fine of not more than $3,000, or both.

You can expose yourself and masturbate in front of a child for sexual gratification, and, I guess, it’s not really that bad. But woe to you if you own an AR-15. 

Perhaps transgender people can get a pass on that one. They are under threat of genocide, so it only seems fair. 

Minnesota is run by crazy people who consider sexualizing children and grooming them to be not that big a deal, or perhaps even a good thing. Leigh Finke, a good friend of Governor Waltz, has an interesting take on the importance of children watching pornography.

We are well past the point of calling Minnesota politicians “woke.” They are race communists, talking about “war” with the federal government, defending sexual predators from deportation, to the point of attacking federal law enforcement, and engaged in forced redistribution of wealth through enabling massive fraud. 

Imagine the outrage if any group but White people were banned. Yet discrimination against White people is not only tolerated, it’s normalized.

Minnesota is being run as if it were a wealthier, for now, Cuba or Venezuela, although neither of those countries would be stupid enough to open their border to invaders and hand them billions of dollars, come to think about it.

Minnesota politicians seem to believe that they are no longer part of the United States, so they can push any degeneracy on the taxpayer’s dime, refuse to recognize federal supremacy, and claim that the Constitution does not apply to them.

I would say it is unbelievable, but this is where the left has been heading for a very long time. It’s just that under Obama and Biden, these moves were encouraged, and Governor Waltz and the Democrats took the ball Biden handed to them and ran with it. 

Our Secretary of State, Steve Simon, is defying a federal order to turn over our voter rolls because he knows that they are filled with illegal voters. He insists that isn’t true, but he is as credible on that score as Waltz is on fraud not existing in Minnesota.

REAKING: 

This is wild one. 

DHS announces the ICE arrest of a Liberian illegal alien who they say was working as a Minnesota corrections officer while also being AWOL from the PA National Guard, all while masquerading as a U.S. citizen despite having no legal status in the U.S. DHS says 45-year-old Morris Brown was identified as part of the major operation into MN investigating aliens involved in fraud.  

He’s also alleged to have committed marriage fraud and made repeated false claims to U.S. immigration authorities. 

Minnesota hands out driver’s licenses without documentation to ensure that illegal aliens can drive “legally.” Apparently, the state even (illegally) hires them to be prison guards, because why not? So why shouldn’t they vote? They built America!

This state is beyond screwed up. Sexualizing children, sterilizing them, mutilating them, putting them in the lap of deranged men in drag who get off on reading to them is considered all well and good. I am surprised that Finke isn’t demanding that the state fund free porn and Grindr subscriptions. 

But if you own a gun—a right explicitly protected by the Constitution—the Democrats want to throw you in jail. 

Otherwise some dad might take his AR-15 and teach a man who masturbated in front of his daughter a lesson.
