Political commentator Noor Bin Ladin said the surge in political unrest and violence in the United States is not organic, but instead part of what she described as a manufactured process tied to long-standing global power structures and ideological movements.

In remarks addressing recent developments, Bin Ladin urged the public to examine material published by the Council on Foreign Relations, arguing that it offers insight into what she believes is being planned rather than merely predicted.

“Everybody should go as well to the Council on Foreign Relations website,” Bin Ladin said.

“They have two articles specifically that I’d like to highlight.”

She pointed first to an article focused on future conflicts, connecting it to current events inside the United States.

“One is on the conflicts to watch in 2026, which ties exactly to what is being discussed happening in Minnesota, and this, you know, crisis and the so-called US political violence that is ratcheting up, which is true,” she said.

“But you have to understand, this is entirely manufactured, just as the managed decline is also manufactured.”

Bin Ladin linked what she described as manufactured unrest to theories long promoted by financier and political activist George Soros.

“George Soros has been talking on this, about this for years,” she said.

“You know, he’s a master in terms of color revolutions. Your country is 100% going through a color revolution.”

She also referenced a second Council on Foreign Relations article addressing upcoming international meetings.

“And the other article, also on the Council on Foreign Relations website, is entitled, global summits to watch in 2026 bracing for a new global disorder, question mark,” Bin Ladin said.

“and I found that the title was very telling, because it ties to everything that’s been telegraphed in Davos this week, most specifically by Mark Carney.”

Bin Ladin contrasted what she described as media attention surrounding figures such as Mark Carney with speeches she said received less scrutiny.

“But there is another speech that people haven’t been paying attention to, which is a speech that was given by the President of Finland, Alex Stubb, in a talk entitled rebalancing the New World Order,” she said.

She said Stubb outlined competing visions for global governance.

“He framed the current times, wherein, in the following matter, he said that the new world order can be multilateral, with international institutions, open societies, or multipolar, with deals and spheres of interests,” Bin Ladin said.

According to Bin Ladin, the debate between those models is misleading.

“The point I’d like to make with regards to that is that multilateral, multilateralism versus multipolarity is a false dichotomy, because at the end of the day, they both lead to the same destination, centralized power, control, governance, surveillance,” she said.

She said this framework has been discussed for decades by global organizations such as the Club of Rome.

“They basically view the world as zones that they want to divide up to make it easier to manage and then centralized, as opposed to the Westphalian model of nation states,” Bin Ladin said.

Bin Ladin also referenced comments by international financial leaders, including remarks by Christine Lagarde, framing the current moment as a shift rather than an abrupt collapse.

“I tend to agree more with Christine Lagarde that this is a transition, a transition from the past 80 years and the International superstructure, globalist superstructure, they’ve been building into this more so called multipolar world,” she said.

She argued that the outcome remains the same regardless of terminology.

“But as I said, it leads to the same destination, and we have an invisible government that has been at work here for many, many, many decades,” Bin Ladin said.

Bin Ladin placed the roots of that system in early 19th-century European politics.

“We often refer back to 1815, you and I, Steve and the Congress of Vienna, as the meeting where the foundations for the globalist superstructure have been laid out and organized,” she said.

She said recent events in the United States suggest that process is accelerating.

“It really pains me to see what is happening out of the United States of America, all the latest news, because I can see the controlled demolition in play,” Bin Ladin said.

She concluded by praising audiences she said are able to discern underlying patterns.

“The Posse is really the one audience that understands, thanks to your commentary, thanks to all the work that you and your team have been doing, what is actually really happening,” she said, “the signal, not the noise.”
