What I would have paid to be a fly on that doorstep…or wherever it happened.

Like, if I won the lottery or something, of course.

I guess somebody means business, no?

Letitia James was elected specifically to run Donald Trump to Earth, however and wherever she could for whatever she could cook up to do it with.

Which is exactly what happened as she spun the threads of an arcane real-estate case so preposterous, on its face, not a soul believed she had the moxie to even charge Trump with it, let alone win. But this was crooked old machine New York City, and so she did, winning a ridiculous, patently unconstitutional judgment against the, at the time, former president that is sitting in the appeals process at the moment.

Which is lawfare, granted, but that’s what the appeals process is supposed to make right, correct? Injustices in justice.

When one is ballsy enough to run such a high stakes, high profile, highly questionable persecution of the single most prominent political figure from the opposing party and, arguably, in the country, one would think it would behoove the pursuer to have a background as lily white as the driven snow.

But again, this is Democratic politics at its New York filthiest, and James is sunk about as deep in the pen muck as one can get. What’s been protecting her all these years is her special WOC status – let’s be perfectly blunt about that – and the well-oiled, Democrat party weaponized machinery.

If you are the designated instrument of destruction for their chosen targets, you are protected.

No doubt, Ms James had already been assured of a spot in a Biden or Harris office somewhere for her Herculean efforts.

Trump claiming that #47 seat upset the protection racket plan. Now she simply had to survive, which she might have done were it not for Sam Antar, whose hobby is crawling up the financial orifices of prominent NYC politicians.

He likes to keep them honest, and his efforts, with all the documentation, are what broke this wide open (the back story is here).

Last night on Ingraham’s show, Professor Turley, as news broke that Justice had confirmed officially opening a criminal investigation into James’s real estate dealings, reminded everyone that that opens a potential whole can of worms, which James herself should be well aware of.

— Fox News (@FoxNews) May 9, 2025

‘…The danger for James is that the Department of Justice doesn’t just focus on the initial criminality that’s been alleged. If they see other possible criminality, they’re allowed to pursue that…’

Sam Antar, the man with the answers, was on NewsMax last night addressing nearly that same thing.

.@NewYorkStateAG Letitia James is the perfect example of a serial fraudster (40 years of false mortgages and financial disclosures). https://t.co/Ps6N3buVxa

He has destroyed James’s defense attorney, Abbe Lowell, and his rebuttal letter stating that it was all a mistake. In fact, Sam says, Lowell hurt his client by even bringing it up, as he’s now basically proven her power of attorney lie was intentional because of the date sequence.

Executive Summary: New timeline evidence conclusively disproves Letitia James’ defense in her mortgage fraud case. Documents show she knowingly signed contradictory statements about property residency to secure favorable loan terms—mirroring the very type of financial misrepresentation she prosecuted Trump for in her $250 million civil fraud case that later resulted in a $454 million judgment. Her lawyer’s “mistake” defense collapses when the documents are placed in their true chronological order.

…Key Finding: Letitia James told her mortgage broker on August 3, 2023, that the Virginia home would *not* be her primary residence. But just two weeks later, on August 17, she signed a legally binding Power of Attorney explicitly stating she intended to make it her “principal residence.” That statement was used to secure more favorable mortgage terms tied to primary residency. Her lawyer now claims the Power of Attorney was a “mistake” and that it was corrected afterward. But the document he cites as proof of that correction—the broker email and loan form—actually came first, not after. In fact, it’s dated August 3—two weeks before the Power of Attorney was signed.

This means there was no correction. Just a clear sequence: James knew what she told the broker, then knowingly signed a document contradicting it to get better loan terms. The mortgage closed using that sworn declaration. The “mistake” defense doesn’t just fall apart—it exposes prior knowledge and intent.

Even more concerning for James, Sam has kept digging into what initially led him to the real estate shenanigans – James’ exorbitant official travel claims that the state and city have been paying for years.

He had put in a FOIA request for records concerning some $41K worth of private charter jet flights reimbursed to James by the State of New York and was blown away by what he received back.

Pretty much nothing.

State law requires complete records for all travel expenditures, but our Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request hit a wall of silence. The New York Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) responded to our demand for flight manifests, travel authorizations, and justification documents with just a bare-bones spreadsheet and the stunning claim they have “no further responsive records.”

This spreadsheet—containing transaction dates, invoice numbers, and voucher numbers—proves the OSC tracked these expenses in their financial system but somehow possesses none of the legally mandated supporting documentation that would explain who traveled, where they went, or why charter services were necessary. This systematic absence of accountability records for all six charter flights authorized by Attorney General Letitia James’ office raises alarming questions—particularly as federal investigators examine her financial disclosures in an expanding criminal inquiry.

On April 14, 2025, U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director William Pulte formally referred Letitia James to the Department of Justice for a criminal investigation of potential mortgage fraud based on her sworn declarations regarding property occupancy. The timing of these missing flight records—which by law should still be available—could not be more suspicious.

HOW PECULIAR

EXCLUSIVE INVESTIGATION: $41,807 in taxpayer-funded private jet flights for NY Attorney General Letitia James – with ZERO supporting documentation

As there is now a federal criminal investigation underway that can look into every Tish James nook and cranny, however distasteful, I have a feeling they’ll be checking into plane tickets, too.

The media is very upset about the federal grand jury being impaneled and does its best to dismiss the mortgage fraud claims as pure retribution flight of fancy.

…In what appears to be the early stages of the FBI criminal investigation, prosecutors have impaneled a federal grand jury to hear evidence in the eastern district of Virginia after the head of the federal housing agency, William Pulte, last month made the referral to the justice department, the people said.

The investigation appears to be multipronged, the people said, with involvement from the FBI in New York in addition to Virginia. The investigation appears to have gathered pace only in recent weeks with news of the grand jury filtering through Trump’s orbit in the last few days of April.

The criminal referral rehashed claims touted online by Trump allies that James may have committed fraud by attesting in paperwork in 2023 that she would make a house in Norfolk, Virginia, which she was helping a relative to buy, as her principal residence while she was New York’s attorney general.

Whether the allegations are substantial enough to result in criminal charges remains unclear. But its existence, which has not been previously reported, regardless raises the legal stakes for James in what appears to be the first criminal inquiry into one of Trump’s foremost political adversaries.

But the facts are what they are, all huffing and puffing aside. They have been thoroughly catalogued with the accompanying violated statutes, rules, and regulations by a sharp-eyed, Democrat, retired guy from New Jersey with nothing better to do than keep public servants honest, and God bless him.

Hey Dummy @RepSwalwell: It’s not Trump. It’s me—a Democrat—who exposed @NewYorkStateAG Letitia James for signing a sworn mortgage document saying she intended to make a Virginia house her “principal residence.”

That intent matters. It gave her better loan terms she didn’t… https://t.co/3UgP89Ifmj

— Sam E. Antar (@SamAntar) May 9, 2025

…That intent matters. It gave her better loan terms she didn’t deserve. It’s called mortgage fraud.

She never moved. Never filed a Virginia homestead exemption. Never disclosed the mortgage in her NY ethics filings. That’s not politics—it’s perjury, deception, and fraud.

And you’re defending her?

You’re the one killing democracy—with lies, tribalism, and protection rackets for corrupt insiders.

Is this a great country or what?
