Nashville Cop Fired After OnlyFans Video, Pleads No Contest [WATCH]

A former Nashville police officer who was arrested for misconduct after appearing in an explicit promotional video with a local OnlyFans model has entered a new plea to avoid jail time, as reported by The New York Post.

Sean Herman, 35, pleaded no contest to felony official misconduct in Nashville’s criminal court on Thursday. As part of the plea agreement, Herman was sentenced to one year of supervised probation and granted judicial diversion.

Under diversion rules, defendants who successfully complete probation may have their charges dismissed and records cleared.

Herman, who had served with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) for three years, was fired in May 2024 after an internal investigation linked him to the video.

Detectives with the Specialized Investigations Division confirmed that Herman was the uniformed officer shown groping an OnlyFans creator known as Jordin during a staged traffic stop.

The video, which was filmed on April 26, 2024, in a warehouse parking lot, depicted Jordin being “pulled over” before exposing her breast and inviting the officer to touch her in exchange for avoiding a ticket.

In the clip, Jordin is also seen grabbing the officer’s crotch. Although Herman’s face was not visible, part of his MNPD shoulder patch appeared during the scene, leading investigators to identify him.

Herman was arrested in June 2024 and charged with two counts of official misconduct. He was released on a $3,000 bond.

In August, a state board indefinitely suspended his law enforcement certification, barring him from serving as an officer in Tennessee unless reinstated following the case’s resolution.

At the time of Herman’s termination, the MNPD issued a statement calling the act “one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency.”

Jordin later explained to Law & Crime that the video was intended for promotional use on X to boost online clicks rather than for her subscription-based platform.

She said Herman responded to a Reddit post about collaborating on content, and the idea for a mock traffic stop was developed from there.

Following Herman’s arrest, Jordin removed the video but acknowledged that her subscriber count increased significantly due to the publicity. She told OutKick in May 2024 that she believed local media had reported the clip to police after it gained millions of views online.

Herman has not commented publicly on his plea agreement.
