NEW: Bondi Announces Arrests in Three Domestic-Terror Attacks on Tesla

“We’re coming after you,” Attorney General Pam Bondi warned domestic terrorists attacking Tesla dealers, infrastructure, and owners this week. And it didn’t take long for Bondi to make good on the threat. Earlier this afternoon, the Department of Justice announced that three arrests had been made for three separate attacks, and that more would be on the way:

Three people have been charged for their alleged involvement in recent arson attacks against Tesla vehicles and charging stations, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Thursday.

The defendants were charged after recent attacks in Salem, Oregon; Loveland, Colorado; and Charleston, South Carolina.

The three defendants will face the “full force of the law” for using Molotov cocktails to set fire to Tesla vehicles and charging stations, according to a statement from the Department of Justice.

Bondi’s not kidding around about the charges, either. The DoJ released the statement on their website, along with the potential consequences on conviction:

“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”

One defendant, also armed with a suppressed AR-15 rifle, was arrested after throwing approximately eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership located in Salem, Oregon.

Another was arrested in Loveland, Colorado after attempting to light Teslas on fire with Molotov cocktails. The defendant was later found in possession of materials used to produce additional incendiary weapons.

In Charleston, South Carolina, a third defendant wrote profane messages against President Trump around Tesla charging stations before lighting the charging stations on fire with Molotov cocktails.

Each defendant faces serious charges carrying a minimum penalty of five years and up to 20 years in prison.

How did the DoJ and FBI manage to act so quickly? Well, credit certainly goes to Bondi and her new leadership at the FBI, Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino. They made it clear that they intended to refocus the FBI on crime rather than politics and, in Bondi’s words, ensure that the days of engaging in crime were over.

Of course, it helps to have criminals who apparently don’t know much about their targets. Tesla vehicles have cameras all over them, as do their properties, which means all of these crimes are captured in real time. That’s also true of crimes committed on Tesla vehicles already in possession of their customers, whose cameras are now picking up the true nature of the Left.

I mean, does any video better capture the Left at the moment than an anti-Tesla activist actively defecating in his own shorts just to pwn Elon Musk?

Indeed. And they did, and may be even more enthusiastic about that choice in 2026 when it comes to giving the Left any opening to take control of either chamber of Congress. As one friend put it to me today, conservatives boycotted Bud Light — but they didn’t set Budweiser trucks on fire, torch liquor stores, or smear feces to make their point.

The FBI has clearly decided to take this wave of domestic terrorism seriously, and they almost certainly have a surfeit of evidence from which to investigate these crimes. Bondi and her prosecutors have plenty of reason to press the harshest charges possible, in order to set disincentives that will give Leftist rear-diggers some reason to reconsider potential choices in the days ahead. Rapid trials with convictions and lengthy prison sentences will provide those disincentives — and if radicals ignore those, then the FBI and DoJ will just have more opportunities to take more radicals off the streets.
