A 45-year-old man with a decades-long history of disturbing conduct was arrested after allegedly harassing two young girls near an elementary school while wearing only a diaper, as reported by The New York Post.

The incident occurred on July 29 near Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler, Texas. According to CBS 19, the suspect, identified as Wesley Worl, exited a truck while wearing a diaper and a pacifier hanging from his neck before approaching the girls, one of whom was 11 years old.

Witnesses told police that Worl shouted, “Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change,” and asked the girls to “change” him. The encounter frightened the children, who ran to hide in a nearby alley before finding an adult they knew.

One of the victims told officers she was shaking from fear, and both children were so frightened they initially had trouble speaking. The girls described the suspect as a “scary guy” who had asked them to change his diaper.

The adult’s son later drove past the scene and was able to record Worl’s license plate number, which was given to police. Officers used that information to locate and identify the suspect.

According to CBS 19, Worl’s history of similar incidents dates back to 1999. His alleged past offenses include public indecency, wearing a diaper in public, and stalking an ex-girlfriend. At one point, he was banned from all city parks in Tyler.

Authorities arrested Worl on August 7 at his place of employment. He has been charged with solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass. He is currently being held on a total bond of $600,000.

Local officials have not released additional details on whether Worl faces further charges related to previous alleged conduct. The case remains under investigation.
