White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller issued a sharp rebuke of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) during a recent appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime on Fox News, accusing the longtime congressman of corruption and deception tied to the now-debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative.
Miller’s remarks come as renewed scrutiny builds around Schiff’s role in advancing intelligence claims that Special Counsel John Durham’s 2023 report concluded lacked factual basis.
Schiff previously served as chairman of the House Intelligence Committee during the Trump administration, where he frequently claimed to have evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials—evidence that never materialized.
Elon Musk Called This Financial News ‘Terrifying’
Host Jesse Watters began the segment by jokingly asking Miller if he felt “intimidated” by Schiff. Miller laughed before launching into a direct critique of the California Democrat.
“Adam Schiff is not only a stone-cold, hopeless loser, but he is one of the most corrupt, one of the most shameful, one of the most heinous individuals to ever serve in public office,” Miller said.
He added, “And everything he’s devoted his life to has been debunked, discredited, and discarded.”
Miller concluded his remarks by stating, “He literally represents the face of failure.”

The clip drew online attention, including a reaction from Elon Musk, who replied with a fire emoji in apparent support of Miller’s takedown.
Schiff has long been at the center of controversy over his handling of intelligence during the Trump presidency.
As the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, Schiff repeatedly insisted he had seen “more than circumstantial evidence” of collusion—an assertion he never substantiated with public evidence.
The investigation, which began under Special Counsel Robert Mueller, ultimately found insufficient evidence to charge any Trump campaign officials with conspiracy related to Russia.
It was further discredited by the findings of Special Counsel John Durham, whose final report in 2023 determined that the FBI launched the probe without sufficient justification and failed to adhere to standard investigative procedures.
Last month, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, who assumed the role under FBI Director Kash Patel in March, also raised concerns about Schiff’s conduct during the investigation.
“I’m not letting this go. I wanna find out what happened because it can never happen again,” Bongino said in a public statement.
“We had the FBI, in conjunction with the Department of Justice, officials in Congress, foreign governments, and intel people fabricate a story, invent a story that could have done serious and long-term harm to international relations with a nuclear-powered foe,” he added.

Schiff’s role in the intelligence community’s handling of the Trump-Russia narrative has come under increasing examination following Durham’s findings.
Critics argue that Schiff used his position to mislead the public and leverage classified information to damage political opponents.
Schiff, who is currently running for the U.S. Senate in California, has not responded publicly to Miller’s remarks or Bongino’s recent warning.
Calls from Republican lawmakers to hold Schiff accountable have continued since the release of Durham’s report.
Schiff was previously censured by the House in 2023 over his promotion of the Trump-Russia narrative.
