The House Oversight Committee confirmed that four Biden administration aides voluntarily agreed to transcribed interview dates.
The interviews represent the next steps in House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer’s investigation into the alleged cover-up of former President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline in the White House, according to an aide to the committee.

Neera Tanden, former director of the Domestic Policy Council and staff secretary, is set to appear June 24.
Anthony Bernal, former assistant to the president and senior adviser to the first lady, will testify June 26.
Ashley Williams, former special assistant to the president and deputy director of oval office operations, is scheduled for July 11, followed by Annie Tomasini, former assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff, July 18.
Comer issued a subpoena to Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s White House physician, Thursday to appear for a deposition June 27, 2025.

In addition, Comer announced June 4 that he sent letters requesting interviews with five senior former White House officials, including former Chief of Staff Ron Klain and senior adviser Anita Dunn, though their interview dates have not yet been scheduled as of Tuesday afternoon.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is also investigating the alleged cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline, with his pardons of his son, family members, and political allies expected to be discussed at a June 18 hearing.
A spokesperson from Republican Missouri Sen. Eric Schmitt’s office revealed to the Daily Caller that the Senate Judiciary committee expects to finalize its list of witnesses by the end of the week.
