‘Squad’ Member Rashida Talib’s Campaign Spent Thousands On Luxury Limousine Services

Progressive “Squad” member and Democrat Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s campaign spent over $30,000 on limousine services, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings.

Tlaib’s campaign spent thousands of dollars between Oct. 2024 and Sept. 2025 on “Aline Luxury Limo Services,” a company apparently based in Detroit, according to FEC filings from those months.

No information on Aline Luxury Limo Services appears to be publicly available. However, an archived version of the now-defunct DTW Chauffeured Rides website described itself as a limousine service offering luxury transportation for over ten years. A search for the company on the Michigan Business Registry returns a result for Aline Luxury Limo Service, Inc.

DTW’s website states that it provides “luxury transportation for over a decade. We offer a range of vehicles, from classic limousines to modern sedans and SUVs, and our team of professional chauffeurs is dedicated to making your experience perfect from start to finish.” It further notes the company is “committed to providing an upscale experience at an affordable price, and we take every measure to ensure the safety and security of our customers and team.”

Tlaib, the first Palestinian-born woman in Congress and a prominent progressive voice, has consistently spoken out in favor of higher taxes on the wealthy. In September she partnered with Independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders to introduced the “Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act,” aimed at limiting the salaries of America’s highest-paid executives.

Tlaib argued working class individuals are “tired of corporate greed,” and the heads of companies make “290 times more than their average worker.”

“At a time of extreme income and wealth inequality, while 60% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, this budget is absolutely devastating for the working families we represent,” Tlaib added.

The Daily Caller reached out to Tlaib’s campaign for comment but did not receive a response prior to publication.
