Stephen Miller Obliterates Reporter Over Claims of Trump Deporting American Kids [WATCH]

Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller addressed the media this week, pushing back against a narrative claiming that American citizen children were being deported without due process.

During a press briefing, Miller clarified the situation and reinforced the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement policies.

Miller explained that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) did not deport American citizens.

Instead, he said, the issue involved children who accompanied their mothers, who were in the United States illegally.

According to Miller, the children, who hold U.S. citizenship, left voluntarily with their mothers but are free to return to the United States at any time.

“So this person has had years of due process. In other words, the case that you’re referring to are individuals who have already received all of their due process, including a final adjudication of their claims and an order to be removed from the country.,” Miller said.

“We’ve been told for years and years and years, no, no, it’s not catch and release. It’s not catch and release. They’re going to show up to get their hearings. They’re going to show up to ice, they’re going to go through the process, and when they lose, they’re going to go home. Well, we did the GO HOME part. They lost the case. It’s been fully adjudicated. They have a lawful removal order, and so they’ve been sent home. That’s literally the process the previous guys told us and Congress that Mayorkas told Congress was going to happen, that when you lose the case, you go home. “

Throughout the press briefing, Miller defended the administration’s immigration policies, arguing that the American people had clearly rejected open-border policies and demanded stronger enforcement.

He emphasized that President Donald Trump’s team remains committed to ensuring immigration laws are upheld, contrasting their approach with that of the Biden-Harris administration.

“If people who lose their cases get to stay, that’s not due process. That’s just the complete suspension of all of our immigration laws and national sovereignty. And of course, by the way, we’re going to respect parental rights. We’re deporting illegal alien, and they want to bring their kids with them when they leave. Of course, we’re not going to stand in the way of that,” Miller said.

“Now, I would say as a separate note, is absurd as a country that we have a policy of declaring the children of illegal aliens to be automatic citizens. That doesn’t even come up in this case, because it’s not relevant to the point that the mother wanted to bring her children with her. And of course, we will honor and respect that.”

Miller’s remarks came amid renewed criticism from Democratic leaders and former Obama administration officials, some of whom had taken to social media to attack the Trump administration’s immigration stance.

Following the press conference, Miller continued to respond, posting on X to call out Democratic politicians and former officials for what he described as hypocrisy on immigration enforcement.

In his online posts, Miller criticized former Obama aides for their opposition to immigration enforcement, noting that Democrats are fighting to protect ‘illegal aliens who raped and tortured women and children…’
