Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday condemned the escalating attacks on Tesla properties across the United States, labeling them “domestic terrorism” and warning of severe legal consequences for those responsible.
“The swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terrorism,” Bondi said in a statement.
“The Department of Justice has already charged several perpetrators with that in mind, including in cases that involve charges with five-year mandatory minimum sentences.”

She also made it clear that the Justice Department would pursue not only those carrying out the attacks but also those funding and coordinating them.
“We will continue investigations that impose severe consequences on those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes,” Bondi added.

Her remarks come as law enforcement agencies investigate multiple arson and vandalism attacks on Tesla dealerships and service centers nationwide.
Authorities in Las Vegas are currently investigating a fire that broke out early Tuesday morning at a Tesla service center, where several vehicles were set ablaze.
This level of violence is insane and deeply wrong.
Tesla just makes electric cars and has done nothing to deserve these evil attacks. https://t.co/Fh1rcfsJPh

At the same time, police in Kansas City, Missouri, are looking into a similar attack at a Tesla dealership.

Breitbart’s Lucas Nolan reported that additional incidents have been recorded in Oregon and Washington state, raising concerns over the safety of Tesla’s properties and customers.
Some of the recent vandalism has been connected to anti-Tesla demonstrations, with protesters targeting the company over CEO Elon Musk’s close ties to President Donald Trump.
Musk, who leads the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has been instrumental in the administration’s efforts to reduce waste and corruption within the federal government.
Nolan reported on Wednesday that left-wing activists opposed to both Trump and Musk have launched a website called “DOGEQUEST,” which targets Tesla owners.
The website features a map with alleged names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of Tesla owners across the country.
It also includes the locations of Tesla dealerships, charging stations, and even employees of DOGE.
According to the report, the website’s homepage features a Molotov cocktail cursor icon, implying a direct threat to Tesla owners and affiliates.
“The clear implication is that Tesla owners will be the next target of domestic terrorism rapidly escalating across the country,” Nolan wrote.
404 Media, an independent investigative outlet, has confirmed that at least some of the individuals listed on the website are genuine Tesla owners.
The creators of DOGEQUEST claim they used “cutting-edge artificial intelligence algorithms” to compile the database, though they have not disclosed the sources of the data.
The site states that it will remove individuals’ information only if they provide proof that they no longer own a Tesla vehicle.
President Donald Trump has also weighed in on the issue, agreeing with Bondi’s classification of the attacks as terrorism.
When asked last week if those responsible should be labeled “domestic terrorists,” Trump responded, “I’ll do it.”

“You do it to Tesla and you do it to any company, we’re going to catch you and you’re going to go through hell,” the president said.
As investigations continue, federal authorities are focusing on tracking those responsible for organizing and carrying out the attacks, while Tesla owners and employees remain on high alert.
