Joe Rogan didn’t hold back when he and fellow podcaster Andrew Schulz poked fun at the left’s failed attempts to create their own podcast empire.
As The New York Post reported, during a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan mocked liberals for struggling to build a successful media network, pointing out that their constant infighting makes it nearly impossible.
The discussion came after some political analysts dubbed the 2024 race the “podcast election,” crediting figures like Rogan and Schulz with shifting public opinion, particularly among young male voters, by giving President Donald Trump a platform.

Liberals, seeing the impact of conservative-leaning podcasts, have been scrambling to replicate that success. But as Rogan bluntly put it, “Good luck.”
Rogan and Schulz laughed at the idea that their success was some kind of orchestrated, corporate-backed network.
“I saw on CNN after the election, they were talking about us in specific, and they were talking about how there is this network of podcasts that are interconnected that has been financed, like, this huge corporate finance network,” Rogan said Thursday.

“It’s so stupid,” he continued. “No, it’s actually just a bunch of friends, f**king idiots. We just happen to do each other’s podcasts.”

Rogan pointed out that what the left fails to understand is that these podcasts aren’t part of a top-down machine. They’re independent voices that have gained traction because people genuinely want to hear what they have to say.
Schulz and Rogan cracked up over the left’s struggle to work together, with Rogan highlighting their self-sabotaging nature.
“They’re like, trying to sort it out, like, ‘They support each other, they go on each other’s shows, and they’re all in this together. Well, we need that on the left,’” Rogan said.
Then, with his trademark bluntness, he shut that notion down.
“Good luck. You guys cancel each other if your f**king Ukraine flag is too small!”
It didn’t stop there. He went on to mock their obsession with ideological purity.
“You f**king talk sh*t about each other for not having trans kids. You guys are out of your mind. You’re not going to sync up together. You’re in a suicide cult.”
Rogan’s point is painfully clear: The left can’t unite behind a single message because they’re too busy tearing each other apart over who’s more woke.
This isn’t the first time Rogan has ridiculed the left for failing to establish a successful media counterweight. Back in November, he pointed out the irony of liberals now searching for “their own Joe Rogan” when they once had him.
“I’m sure they’re scrambling to try to create their own version of this show. This is one thing that keeps coming up, like, ‘We need our own Joe Rogan,’ right? But they had me, I was on their side!”

That’s the real kicker. Rogan was once embraced by the left—until he started thinking for himself. Now, instead of adapting to reality, they’re stuck in an echo chamber of censorship and cancel culture.
While Rogan and his circle continue to thrive by letting conversations flow freely, the left’s insistence on rigid ideological conformity keeps sinking any chance they have at competing.
