The hunt for the individual behind a major leak that sabotaged an ICE operation in Aurora, Colorado, is closing in, and former acting ICE Director Tom Homan has a strong suspicion about where it’s coming from.
During an appearance on Hannity Monday night, Homan stated that investigators believe the leak originated from within the government, and one suspect has already been identified.
“We think it’s coming from inside,” Homan revealed. “And we know the first leak in Aurora is under current investigation. We think we’ve identified that person.”

The leaked intel reportedly gave members of the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TDA) enough warning to evade arrest, leaving federal agents to raid mostly empty apartments and buildings.
While ICE was still able to take about 30 people into custody, the leak allowed many of the primary targets to slip away.
Homan has been a vocal critic of leaks that compromise national security and law enforcement efforts, stressing that these betrayals do more than just tip off criminals.

“It’s not just giving the bad guys a heads-up so they can escape apprehension. You’re putting officers’ lives at risk. It’s only a matter of time before we walk into a place where there’s going to be a bad guy [who] doesn’t care. He’s going to be sitting in wait for the officer to show up and ambush him. This is not a game.”
Adding to concerns, a separate leaked ICE memo recently surfaced, detailing a planned immigration raid in Los Angeles. The document, obtained by The Los Angeles Times, outlined plans to target individuals with removal orders and those in the country illegally.
In response, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, who has been outspoken about deep-state corruption, did not mince words about where she believes the problem lies.

“The FBI is so corrupt,” Noem declared on X.
“We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law.”
Homan confirmed that the investigation has turned toward the FBI as a possible source of the leaks, adding that serious consequences are on the table for whoever is responsible.
“I talked to the deputy attorney general all this weekend. They’ve opened up a criminal investigation. He thinks the information is coming from there also.”
Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi echoed the call for accountability, warning that leakers will not go unpunished.

“If you leaked it, we will find out who you are, and we will come after you.”
Despite these obstacles, the Trump administration remains steadfast in its efforts to remove criminal illegal aliens.

Fox News Digital confirmed that the administration has expanded its partnerships with federal agencies, enlisted the Federal Bureau of Prisons to house detainees, and has even begun relocating some to Guantánamo Bay, where up to 30,000 individuals could be held.
Homan made it clear that ICE will not back down, leaks or no leaks.
“We’re going to double the manpower.”
Taking a direct shot at leftist policies that shield criminals, Homan didn’t hold back:
“Sanctuary cities [are] a sanctuary for criminals, bottom line. So, we’re going to do everything we can to find them. Regardless of what it takes, we got a strong president in the White House; he’s giving us all the authority we need. We’re coming.”
