President Donald Trump on Monday shared a new video on social media that features prominent Democrat officials declaring “no one is above the law,” followed by a dramatized scene depicting former President Barack Obama being handcuffed and jailed.

The video arrives in the wake of public accusations made by former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who alleges the Obama administration conspired to sabotage President Trump’s 2016 victory through a coordinated campaign involving the misuse of federal intelligence.

The video, set to the song “YMCA,” includes clips of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator Elizabeth Warren, former President Joe Biden, and New York Attorney General Letitia James all stating some variation of the phrase “no one is above the law.”

The video then transitions to a dramatized portrayal of Obama being taken into custody on the White House grounds and placed in a jail cell.

The footage was released after Tulsi Gabbard issued a statement citing newly declassified documents that she claims expose efforts by senior members of the Obama administration to link Trump to Russian election interference.

According to Gabbard, the intelligence was not only politicized, but was allegedly manufactured to create a narrative that Trump had colluded with the Russian government—an allegation that led to multiple investigations and two impeachments.

In her statement, Gabbard described the effort as a “treasonous conspiracy” and a “years-long coup” aimed at removing a duly elected president from office.

She claims that the operation involved coordination at the highest levels of the federal government, including then-President Obama.

“This wasn’t just political opposition,” Gabbard said.

“This was a targeted, systemic campaign to deceive the American people and weaponize federal intelligence agencies to reverse the outcome of an election. That is not just unethical—it’s criminal.”

Gabbard, who previously served as a Democratic member of Congress and now operates as an independent, said she has submitted the relevant documents to the Department of Justice.

She is calling for the prosecution of all individuals involved in the alleged scheme.

“The American people deserve transparency and accountability,” she stated.

“If we allow this kind of conduct to go unchecked, we risk permanently eroding the public’s faith in the democratic process.”

The Trump campaign has long maintained that investigations into Russian interference and collusion were politically motivated.

In 2019, Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded that there was no evidence that President Trump or his campaign conspired with Russia, though the report did not exonerate him on obstruction of justice.

The new video and Gabbard’s statement come as President Trump continues to highlight what he describes as widespread corruption among political opponents and federal agencies.
