A thin pink line was drawn in the Supreme Court Monday night.
In a 5-4 ruling, the Court cleared President Donald Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) to deport Venezuelan nationals believed to be members of the foreign terrorist organization Tren de Aragua (TdA). This comes less than a month after District Court Judge James Boasberg issued an injunction ordering two planes carrying gang members to return to American soil.
