Walz: ‘I Have Never Used Inflammatory Terms’

The man who calls ICE the “Gestapo” and said Minnesota was at “war” with the federal government is now saying he has never used inflammatory language about the shooting that happened yesterday.

Then he called Secretary Noem an executioner.

Walz 1 minute later: “Kristi Noem was judge, jury, and basically executioner yesterday.”

You can’t make this up, man.

As Democrats around the country are calling an ICE agent at whom a car sped and then hit a “murderer,” Walz announced that he was calling out the National Guard to protect Minnesotans against “rogue” federal agents.

Yesterday, Tim Walz declared Minnesota is at “war against the federal government.”

Again today, he called it “war with our federal government.”

But that is not inflammatory at all. And obviously nobody has been inflamed. 

His Lieutenant Governor had called for Minnesotans to use their “bodies” to impede ICE law enforcement, and sure enough, they have been.

Walz is explicitly calling back to the Civil War as an inspiration, which should make you do a double-take. He says he is at war with the federal government, calls law enforcement officers “rogue,” and refers to using armed military troops to evict them from the state, and calls the Secretary of Homeland Security an “executioner.”

But he wants to control the investigation because he assures us that he and his employees will be fair and dispassionate.

Tim Walz is the man who gave free rein to rioters to burn parts of Minneapolis down, including allowing rioters to burn down a police precinct. He took days to call out the National Guard to defend the city, but within hours of this incident talked about using the National Guard to evict federal law enforcement. 

From this angle, it’s clear the officer was actually hit head-on at first and then bounced off to the side.

Walz is walking back some of his initial comments because he is explicitly talking about an insurrection, which would trigger federal troops entering the state, but he continues to ramp up the rhetoric nonetheless.

There is already low-level violence on our streets, and it is threatening to explode. Death threats are being hurled at ICE agents both here and elsewhere in the country, and Democratic Party politicians are egging it on.

Tim Walz and Keith Ellison, who wants to be in charge of the investigation, have, shall we say, a strong incentive to keep the tensions high. They have been caught engaging in massive fraud involving federal tax dollars, and nothing will get the left to rally around them more than a confrontation with Trump over immigration enforcement.
