When An Asylum Claim Lives or Dies by the Quality of Chicken Nuggets in Another Country

When I read about cagey Gazans gaming an immigration program meant to facilitate Ukrainian refugees relocating to the United Kingdom, I thought that was insanity squared.

I mean, no one wants those homicide-happy, white/Anglo-Saxon/Christian/Jew haters plopping down in their hood and then paying for the privilege of supporting their doing so.

The ‘integration, not immigration’ crew hasn’t done so well throwing the country’s doors open.

It should be damn tough to get into and live in another country if you’re not a citizen. But Gol-lee, Nell, what it’s taking for these countries to absorb that lesson before they enforce some restraint on the inflow is blowing my mind.

When and if such a dark time ever descends upon us permanently in the United States, I’ll be the one saying, ‘Just shoot me.‘

When such people do reach your shores, if they do not integrate or assimilate and instead take to criminal ways, whether thanks to cultural differences or simply being awful people? 

Remove them.

They weren’t supposed to be breathing your airspace, to begin with, and they have chosen to befoul it. 

Remove them.

Again, this is a concept only recently reembraced by our own country through the ballot box.

But in Jolly Olde England – on top of all the other things wrong with that island hellhole – now they can add this unbelievable little-known nugget.

Albanian criminal’s deportation halted over son’s distaste for chicken nuggets

Seriously. And it’s for reals.

An Albanian criminal was allowed to stay in Britain partly because his son will not eat foreign chicken nuggets, The Telegraph can reveal.

An immigration tribunal ruled that it would be “unduly harsh” for the 10-year-old boy to be forced to move to Albania with his father owing to his sensitivity around food.

The sole example provided to the court was his distaste for the “type of chicken nuggets that are available abroad”.

As a result, the judge allowed the father’s appeal against deportation as a breach of his right to a family life under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), citing the impact his removal might have on his son.

HOLY CRAP

The boy had ‘sensory’ issues with his socks (?) and wouldn’t eat ‘certain types of foods.’

Oh. 

You mean like any pain-in-the-ass ten-year-old?

…Disha’s lawyers said that the needs of C, whose first language was Albanian, also included “sensory difficulties” with some clothing, such as socks in particular, and certain types of food which meant he would seize up and “refuse to do anything.”

…The judge, David Merrigan, said the only example of why the boy could not go to Albania was that he “will not eat the type of chicken nuggets that are available abroad”.

A couple of days later, even wilder stories have come out about asylum seekers being allowed to stay in the UK by these immigration judges.

A Nigerian woman who tried and failed eight times to secure asylum in Britain was finally granted the right to stay after joining a terrorist organisation just to boost her claim.

The judge who gave the 49-year-old woman the right to stay acknowledged that she was not being honest about her political beliefs and had become involved with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) only “in order to create a claim for asylum”.

WHUT

…It is the fourth case exposed by The Telegraph this week. Previous examples include an Albanian criminal who avoided deportation after claiming his son had an aversion to foreign chicken nuggets and a Pakistani paedophile who was jailed for child sex offences but escaped removal from the UK as it would be “unduly harsh” on his own children.

Removing these criminal parents would be ‘unduly harsh’ on their children? What about being ‘unduly harsh’ on British citizens?

Does anyone give a damn about British citizens?
