The ladies of “The View” just can’t help themselves. This time, Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar are catching major backlash for mocking Elon Musk’s four-year-old son, X, after his recent White House appearance with President Trump.

As reported by The Daily Mail, The child’s presence in the Oval Office seemed to send these two into another one of their infamous meltdowns—one that didn’t sit well with many Americans.

Musk, alongside his son X Æ A-Xii (pronounced “ex-ash-ay-twelve”), visited the White House on Tuesday, where he joined Trump for an event focused on cutting bureaucratic waste in Washington.

But instead of discussing the policy impact of the visit, Goldberg and Behar fixated on ridiculing the child’s name.

During Wednesday’s episode, Goldberg began, “Yesterday, Elon Musk took his son X to a press conference—” before Behar jumped in, sneering, “X?”

Goldberg, shaking her head in exasperation, shot back, “I did not name the child, and I don’t want to hear anymore mess about our names.”

The panel erupted in laughter, as if attacking a four-year-old’s name was prime-time comedy.

Behar wasn’t done. As Goldberg attempted to continue, Behar interrupted again with, “And little Instagram.”

She appeared to be mocking the fact that Musk’s social media platform is called “X,” though she was quickly corrected—Musk doesn’t own Instagram.

ABC News hosts Whoopi Goldberg (a fake name) and Joy Behar mock and bully Elon Musk’s 4-year-old son over his name:

JOY: X?
WHOOPI: I did not name the child.
JOY: That’s the kid’s name?

That belongs to Meta, the tech giant helmed by Mark Zuckerberg, another favorite punching bag of the liberal elite.

Ironically, both Goldberg and Behar use stage names themselves—Goldberg was born Caryn Elaine Johnson, and Behar’s real name is Josephine. But apparently, they only find it funny when someone else’s name is unconventional.

Viewers weren’t amused. After clips of the show hit social media, outrage erupted.

One user wrote, “It seems they CAN sink lower. Such trash!”

Another slammed the duo, saying, “This is BULL!!!! They are the absolute worst.”

Meanwhile, Musk’s White House visit wasn’t just a casual drop-in. He was there as part of an executive order signing aimed at cutting bloated government agencies, a move that’s long overdue.

His Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has already uncovered disturbing findings—like people who are “probably dead” still cashing Social Security checks.

“Reexamination of Social Security—we’ve got people in there that are 150-years-old,” Musk stated during the impromptu press conference.

The executive order, though not immediately released, is expected to significantly cut the federal workforce, limiting agencies to hiring just one new employee for every four who leave.

Trump, rather than engaging in performative signing ceremonies, let Musk take center stage alongside his young son, discussing the dire need to rein in government waste.

While conservatives applauded Musk’s push to expose bureaucratic corruption, the mother of his child, Canadian musician Grimes (real name Claire Boucher), had her own complaints—though they were not about government excess.

She took to X (ironically, the platform Musk owns and named after their son) to express her dismay that little X was at the White House.

“He should not be in public like this,” she wrote. After being informed of the visit, she added, “I did not see this, thank u for alerting me. But I’m glad he was polite. Sigh.”

Grimes then veered into broader political commentary, lamenting the decline of “diplomacy, oration, and generally competent leadership” in modern politics.

She called for “mature, competent leadership” while also trying to remain neutral, likely out of fear of deportation. “I just don’t wanna be deported haha—like literally,” she admitted.

The former couple, who dated from 2018 to 2022, share three children: X Æ A-Xii, Techno Mechanicus, and daughter Exa Dark Sideræl.

Elon Musk walks through the paddock area during the Formula 1 Lenovo United States Grand Prix at Circuit of Americas in Travis County, Texas on Oct. 22, 2023.

Their ongoing custody battle has been messy, with Grimes alleging Musk prevented her from seeing their kids and even blocked them from visiting their terminally ill maternal grandmother.

As Musk continues to shake up the establishment, it’s no surprise that left-wing media figures like Goldberg and Behar resort to pettiness rather than addressing real issues. But mocking a four-year-old? That’s a new low—even for them.
