You’ll All Be Relieved to Know Hillary Had Something to Say About Los Angeles But Mostly Trump

I know hearing from Hillary Clinton isn’t as exciting as actually watching Auntie Maxine fearlessly charge into battle, taunting young National Guardsmen.

But when Hillary writes something, the world used to listen.

And for some Godforsaken reason, she must have decided that too many people were having their moment on the national stage thanks to this series of unfortunate events. Classically, it never once occurred to the ancient, scowling hag that those moments weren’t necessarily a good thing for any of them.

Hillary only knew that the sun was shining somewhere other than on her, and it was time to opine. She had to grab that spotlight back.

Highlight her gravitas as an elderly stateswoman.

So she did.

California Governor Newsom didn’t request the National Guard be deployed to his state following peaceful demonstrations.

Trump sent them anyway. It’s the first time in 60 years a president has made that choice.

And why she’s still using that ghastly, cross-eyed, cheesy glamor photo on her X page, I have no idea, but I digress.

So those were her words of wisdom – ‘peaceful demonstrations‘ and ‘Orange Man Bad‘ – and I honestly can’t see why she bothered.

It was treated with all the respect due such drivel and eventually got so hot, the former First Lady turned off the comments on the Xweet. It must honestly be awful to have all the peasants free to mock her to the moon and back on X now that the former owners are no longer locking down conflicting opinions and mean tweets.

Courage of her convictions in action.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was brutally mocked by critics over a “delusional” X post describing the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles as “peaceful demonstrations” while pinning blame on President Donald Trump for sowing “chaos” in southern California. 

“Comments off lol. She can’t handle the ratio. This is what Hillary Clinton calls ‘peaceful demonstrations,'” popular conservative X account Libs of TikTok posted, referring to how comments on Clinton’s post were restricted to only permit ones from accounts Clinton follows on the social media platform and accompanied by footage of the destruction in LA. 

The message was in response to Clinton posting her first and only comment as of Tuesday morning regarding the Los Angeles riots, describing them as “peaceful demonstrations” before Trump mobilized the National Guard over the weekend. 

HuffPo did the best they could to massage the old girl’s ego with an expansive headline that implied Hillary had some sort of Trump clairvoyance instead of a case of terminal Trump derangement.

Oh, you GO, girl!

And they managed to work in a gratuitous reference to the $400M jet, too.

That’s the only positive press I could find if anyone mentioned the attention hog at all.

Otherwise?

Derisive smirks and truth bombs were plentiful.

Hillary Clinton is calling the LA riots “peaceful demonstrations” and she locked her replies because she knows how ridiculous that’ll sound if her replies are filled with photos like these.

Ouch. Or it would be if she were reading them, which we all know she is not.

Trump ran on this. We voted for him. He won in a landslide. End the riots and arrest those responsible. We The People will expect nothing less than that.

Lucky thing for Hillary she’s busy popping uninvited into foreign policy gatherings, and offering her wisdom.

Clinton talked trade, tariffs and Taiwan. Although she never mentioned President Trump, she warned that the U.S. is “giving away our power.”

I wonder how many people groaned when the moderator said, ‘Surprise!’

It’s someone whom no one can stand who desperately wants to remain relevant.

But there is one grimly amusing angle to her piping up with her unsolicited observations on pretty alarming circumstances

It serves to remind us just how very lucky we are that November 5th played out the way it did.
