The clip began with him casually walking onto the stage in a tuxedo before two assistants helped him remove the formalwear, unveiling a glittering blue jumpsuit underneath.

Zuckerberg’s outfit was identical to the one Boone wore during his February performance of Beautiful Things at the Grammys.

While the tech billionaire didn’t attempt Boone’s signature backflip off a piano, he did make a dramatic leap off the instrument before appearing to belt out the song.

“Your wife only turns 40 once!” Zuckerberg captioned his Instagram post. “Shoutout to @bensonboone for the jumpsuit and new single.”

The video quickly gained traction online, amassing over 200,000 likes and thousands of comments within hours.

Boone himself responded to the clip, writing, “I can’t believe my eyes.”

While some praised Zuckerberg for committing to the bit, others questioned whether his performance took the focus away from his wife’s special day.

“Mark’s new update is very human,” one commenter joked, while another added, “A woman’s celebration and you made it about you, the husband…”

Another user wrote, “Why is he making himself the star of the show on his wife’s birthday? Be a gentleman, Zuck.”

The performance also fueled ongoing speculation about Zuckerberg’s recent image transformation, with some suggesting it was another sign of a “midlife crisis.”

Zuckerberg and Chan have been together for over two decades, having met as Harvard undergraduates in 2003.
