Legal Filing Alleges Elvis Presley’s Granddaughter Biologically Linked to John Travolta’s Son

New court filings in an unrelated legal dispute have made explosive claims about the parentage of John Travolta’s youngest son, alleging that the actor and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used eggs from Riley Keough to conceive their child, as reported by TMZ.

The allegations appear in a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley, who is currently suing Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract.

While the case itself centers on business matters, the latest amended complaint contains detailed and controversial assertions involving the Travolta and Presley families.

According to the filing, Kruse alleges that Travolta and Preston had difficulty having children biologically and ultimately used eggs from Riley Keough, the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, to conceive their son, Ben Travolta, who is now 15 years old. John Travolta and Kelly Preston had three children together.

Kruse claims the information was relayed to her by Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s former husband. In the legal documents, Kruse alleges Lockwood told her that Preston had been unable to bear her own children.

Kruse further claims Lockwood said Travolta and Preston had previously attempted to use Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs but later decided against it because they did not want, in Kruse’s words, “eggs with heroin” on them.

The filing does not state whether any pregnancy resulted from Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs.

Kruse alleges that a separate arrangement was later made in which Riley Keough provided her eggs, allowing Kelly Preston to carry and give birth to Ben.

According to the complaint, Riley was allegedly compensated with an older Jaguar vehicle and paid between $10,000 and $20,000.

The documents further claim Lockwood was financially desperate at the time and told Kruse he had resorted to eating “dog food.”

Kruse alleges Lockwood repeatedly pressed her to use the information involving Travolta as leverage to secure a settlement for himself and his daughters.

Kruse claims Lockwood told her that John Travolta “needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men.”

Included in the filing is a handwritten note containing the phrases “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby.”

The documents also reference a text exchange in which Ben Travolta is allegedly described as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson.”

Attorneys for Priscilla Presley strongly rejected the allegations and condemned their inclusion in the lawsuit. Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, representing Presley, told TMZ:

“After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

They added: “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP, representing Kruse and Kevin Fialko, defended the amended complaint, telling TMZ: “Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint.”

Matthews added: “This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith.”

A representative for John Travolta was contacted for comment, but did not respond. In a separate case last year, Priscilla Presley sued Kruse and her business associates for fraud and elder abuse. Kruse denied those claims.
