You’re not dreaming, I’m doing Sunday Screencaps this morning for SeanJo, who is on a much-deserved vacation. The show must go on with this column, so let’s get after it this morning before I go outside to sweat out toxins. The humidity is expected to be somewhere around 75%. Let’s just say it’s been a tropical week here in NW Ohio.
We start off this morning with Megan Moroney teaming up with the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders as this NFL cheerleader war with the Dolphins cheerleaders heats up. Friday night, Moroney brought out the DCC to sing to her song “Am I Okay?”
The song, according to Gemini, is about “finding a healthy, genuinely happy relationship after being used to heartbreak.” For Cowboys fans under 35, this song must be a tearjerker as you seek a genuine relationship with a football team that doesn’t break your heart with a 7-9 season or a tragic playoff loss.

Credit to the Cowboys cheerleaders for agreeing to dance for this song. Now let’s go see how Dak rips their hearts out this season.

Saturday odds & ends
• Theee absolute worst guys you can think of to add to a golf trip are guys like LeBron who think having the phone out is a good idea. Add in the fact that he’s worth like $5 billion and what are we doing here creating YouTube content like you’re a 22 year old wearing and upside down logo hat?
This is pathetic behavior. LeBron turns 42 in December. Act like it. Go on golf trips, tell your wife that there’s no reception at the course, suck down a bunch of booze, act like an idiot and go home knowing none of it will end up on social media.
ESPN’S ADAM SCHEFTER WEIGHS IN ON LEBRON JAMES’ NBA FUTURE AFTER HEAT PRESS CONFERENCE POST SPARKS BUZZ
Not this guy. He’s the worst.
• Someone already tried to climb bison statues at the new Bills stadium:

• I drove through some absolute downpours yesterday on I-75 between NW Ohio and Dayton and I have to say that there’s been a serious regression in driving abilities, especially in rain. I couldn’t believe the number of cars that pulled off the side of the highway and sat there in a downpour with semis hugging the right lane. Meanwhile, the left lane was completely wide open.
Call me crazy, but in this day and age when there are lunatics getting CDLs (illegally?), the worst spot you can pull over is on the right side of the road with these morons cruising down the road in rain. As I told Screencaps Jr., you white knuckle it to the next exit, if at all possible, if you insist on stopping.

I also said, as long as I can see the lane markers and taillights in front of the car, you safely roll forward, which will eventually, theoretically propel you out of summer storms.
• My golf partner in Augusta, Georgia, Wes G. writes: I read this morning that you were headed to Dayton for your Dad’s birthday. I am watching the news and checking out the weather channel app, and I hope you either made it safely or went back home.
That is some historic flooding going on there and I pray everyone stays safe.
Kinsey: All good, Wes G. Let me tell you about Saturday’s weather –– we didn’t golf because the course was wet from all-week rain, but we could’ve golfed. It rain a little until 1 p.m. and then the weather got pretty good. My dad and I actually sat in lawn chairs in front of his garage and just talked about whatever. No issues.
The weather guys oversold western Ohio getting pounded yesterday.

I love how the grammar police took aim at Saturday Screencaps, a column where we talk to each other like normal adults instead of a Shakespearean play
– Pat writes: Please, learn the difference between when to use “she” and “her”. I stopped reading your article when I saw that a Journalist! started a sentence with the objective “her” instead of “she”.
Kinsey: Amusing. Welcome to Screencaps, Pat, where I write like guys talk when they’re at bars, in their man caves and at the golf course. I’m not a journalist, Pat. I’m a common guy, writing for common men, and women, who appreciate being talked to like peers instead of the grammar police.
– Robert didn’t appreciate that I told LIBS to suck it. He emails: You suck it, Joe!
Kinsey: You got me, Robert. Suck it, Robert.

– Rick emailed at 5:15 this morning: Is your bearded one, Juan O’Savin? He’s the man, yet I rarely hear him talk sports. Oh, and I couldn’t love Sophie any more than I do. If I was only 1/3 my age, or something. I am a huge Bears fan, so I got that going for me, and for what it’s worth I live in the middle of Mexico. Please contact me at any time.
Kinsey: It sounds like Rick had one helluva Saturday night into Sunday morning. I have no idea what he’s writing about, but he seems happy.
