Dan Bongino Issues a Rare Warning to ‘Moderate’ Democrats [WATCH]

Dan Bongino is warning moderate Democrats that the progressive and socialist factions gaining influence inside the Democratic Party will eventually turn on them, particularly if they are wealthy, successful or have accumulated significant savings.

Bongino framed his argument around what he described as growing hostility toward wealth and private success, pointing to online backlash against Kylie Jenner after she posted a video showing part of her lifestyle.

“There’s another consequence to this too, and this is a warning for Democrats,” Bongino said.

“Dan, why are you warning Democrats? I’m warning moderate Democrats.”

He argued that prominent progressive figures and organizations represent a political movement that will not limit its criticism to Republicans or conservatives.

“I’m just warning the moderate Democrats out there that the Ro Khannas, the AOCs, the Mamdanis, the Kamala Harrises, the communists in your party, it is only, listen to me clearly, it is only a matter of time before they start to target you too,” Bongino said.

He specifically warned wealthy liberals in entertainment and sports that their political loyalties would not necessarily protect them from activists hostile to concentrated wealth.

“If you’re some Hollywood type, musician, even some athlete, and you’re a diehard liberal who makes hundreds of millions of dollars a year, whatever it is, they’re coming for you next,” Bongino said.

Bongino pointed to Jenner as an example. Jenner had posted a lifestyle video that included a brief comment about snacks.

“Pam always has the cutest snacks,” Jenner said.

Content creator Avery Daye described the backlash the video generated online.

“People are furious. This video got over 40 million views on X alone in just the first two days of it being posted,” Daye said. “People are reposting saying no one should have this amount of wealth. Sorry, I don’t know how people watch this and don’t feel enraged, much less continue to support them. And all of these responses have millions of views themselves and support on their own.”

Bongino argued that the reaction illustrates a broader resentment toward people with substantial wealth.

“You hate wealth. You hate wealthy people. It’s going to come for you next if you’re a wealthy person,” Bongino said.

“Remember this conversation. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”

He then expanded the argument beyond celebrities, saying retirees and ordinary Americans who have accumulated savings, retirement accounts, or valuable homes could also become targets of resentment.

“Again, I’m just throwing this out there in a rare tutorial for moderate Democrats, which I don’t usually do,” Bongino said.

“They are coming for you next, and you may say, Well, they won’t come for me. I’m not Kylie Jenner, but maybe I have a million dollars from a 401(k). Really, you got a really nice house?”

Bongino said younger socialists are increasingly blaming older Americans for economic problems, including people who spent decades working, saving, and investing.

“You grew up a lot harder than this generation, and you’re like, Hey man, I paid into Social Security. I bought my house and invested. I saved. Why am I the bad guy? Exactly!” Bongino said.

He urged moderate Democrats to take political participation seriously and argued that supporting Democratic Socialists of America or progressive candidates would strengthen the movement he is warning about.

“Moderate Democrats, these crazy people are coming for you next. I can’t warn you in any more serious terms,” Bongino said.

“Not voting is a choice. Voting for DSA progressive, liberal, commie Democrats is a really bad choice. It’s even worse than sitting this out.”

Bongino also cited Taylor Lorenz as an example of an online personality he believes continues to influence younger audiences with views he considers extreme.

He referenced a recent social media post from Lorenz discussing masks and devices that allow users to drink while wearing them.

Bongino then turned to Hasan Piker, noting the size of Piker’s audience and his involvement around DSA candidates.

“Why are we playing Piker? Because folks, the guy has a massive following,” Bongino said.

“I don’t like the guy. He doesn’t like me. We’re not buddies. But I’m not going to deny things like he has a huge audience. He does. We ignore this at our own peril.”

Bongino introduced a clip in which Piker made comments about imprisonment and Chinese-style communism within the Democratic Party.

“I will throw you in prison, okay? I want to put you physically behind a prison,” Piker said.

“I want Chinese-style communism to happen inside of the Democratic Party right now, okay? I want to do Cultural Revolution shit when I see that.”

Bongino said Piker’s reach makes such rhetoric important rather than something voters should dismiss.

“Folks, this guy has a massive following. This is a big deal,” Bongino said.

“This is not the Bill Clinton Democrat, JFK Democrat party.”

He concluded by urging listeners to take such statements seriously and arguing that moderate Democrats should recognize the direction he believes progressive activists want to take the party.

“Believe them when they talk like this,” Bongino said.

“They do want to throw you in prison, but these crazy people, believe them when they tell you who they are, because that is who they are.”
