Florida Woman Arrested for Urinating All Over Two Airbnbs, Uploading Videos to Adult Websites [WATCH]

A Florida woman was arrested after authorities said she filmed herself damaging property inside two Airbnb rentals in Pensacola and posted the videos online for profit, causing thousands of dollars in damage.

According to a police report obtained by WEAR, Nicolette Keough, 31, was taken into custody on March 15 and charged with criminal mischief following an investigation into incidents at two separate rental units.

The case began after an Airbnb property owner in Pensacola reported unusual activity tied to one of her guests.

The owner told authorities she discovered videos allegedly showing Keough damaging items inside the rental properties.

“There was a young lady inside making money in a very unusual way that damaged somebody else’s property,” Pensacola police officer Mike Wood told the outlet.

Wood added, “There’s a list of items including a television, a record player, a coffee pot, some bedding, some carpeting, I believe, and a rug.”

According to the report, the homeowner was alerted through the Airbnb platform that her guest was allegedly engaging in destructive behavior inside the rental units.

After receiving the tip, the owner reviewed content that had been posted online and identified videos she believed showed the damage taking place inside her properties.

Court documents cited by WKRG stated that the videos were posted on an adult content website.

The specific platform was not disclosed in the reports.

Investigators said the footage allegedly showed Keough damaging a range of household items within the rentals.

Items reportedly affected included a coffee maker, toaster, typewriter, television, rugs, and chairs.

The property owner told authorities that the damage left behind a strong odor and resulted in significant financial losses.

According to reports, one unit sustained approximately $3,980 in damages, while a second unit incurred an additional $1,374 in losses.

Among the items listed as damaged were an antique Crown Royal chair, a typewriter, a record player, four dining chairs, a coffee pot, bedding, a television, and an electric fireplace.

Additional items reported as affected included a vase, a green rug, an accent wall, a chair, and a tiger rug.

Authorities said the total damage across both properties exceeded $5,000.

Keough was arrested and booked on criminal mischief charges. Records indicate she was later released on bond following her arrest.

The investigation was handled by Pensacola police, and the case remains tied to the reported damage at the two rental properties.
