Roseanne Barr has taken an unconventional leap into the music world, teaming up with Canadian rapper Tom MacDonald to release a fiery pro-Trump anthem titled “Daddy’s Home,” as reported by TMZ.

With Donald Trump’s anticipated return to the White House, Barr’s latest project doubles down on her unabashed support for the former president—and it’s stirring the pot, as expected.

Roseanne Barr takes the stage to give a speech during AmericaFest 2023 at the Phoenix Convention Center on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023.

In the music video, Barr dons leopard print, blonde braided cornrows, and a pair of shades, fully embracing her rap alter-ego. Alongside MacDonald, she unapologetically celebrates Trump’s “reelection,” rubbing salt in the wounds of his detractors.

The song opens with the pointed lines, “We won, you mad, It’s done, too bad, Boo-hoo, so sad,” setting the tone for the track’s no-holds-barred attitude.

Barr takes her audacity a step further, shaking her bottom at the camera in tight jeans, a move that’s already drawing a mix of laughter and outrage.

The 71-year-old actress-turned-rapper even tries her hand at twerking—a moment many viewers didn’t see coming. It’s all part of her in-your-face style that has long polarized audiences.

President-elect Donald Trump dances on the stage at the Johnny Mercer Theater during his first campaign event in Savannah, Georgia, in September. He is set to take office with an inauguration ceremony to be held on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington D.C.

Her fans are eating it up, while her critics are doubling down on their disdain.

Trump supporters have been quick to rally behind the song, which has already racked up tens of thousands of views and an outpouring of enthusiastic comments within hours of its release.

Barr’s unapologetic celebration of her political beliefs has struck a chord with her base, further solidifying her status as a lightning rod for cultural debate.

This isn’t Barr’s first foray into music. Longtime followers will remember her infamous rendition of the National Anthem at a Padres game in the ’90s—a performance that was widely criticized and met with a resounding chorus of boos.

This time around, however, her audience seems far more receptive.

Love her or hate her, Roseanne Barr’s latest move proves she’s not afraid to shake things up. And with “Daddy’s Home” gaining traction, it looks like she’s making her voice heard in ways that only she can.
