Texas Cop’s Epic Response to Antifa Terrorist Begging “No Consent” on Bodycam [WATCH]

Body camera and dash camera footage released as part of a federal court case show the moment an Alvarado Police officer was shot in the neck and the chaotic response that followed near the Prairieland Detention Center in North Texas on July 4, 2025.

The videos, obtained by WFAA after being entered into evidence earlier this year, capture officers searching fields and nearby neighborhood streets as they attempted to locate suspects following the shooting.

Federal prosecutors later described the incident as an attack carried out by an “antifa terror cell” targeting the ICE facility.

According to authorities, the incident began when a group of protesters gathered outside the detention center and began spray painting property and vandalizing vehicles and a guard shack.

Video footage shows ICE detention officers moving toward the group as an Alvarado police officer arrived on scene.

Within seconds of exiting his patrol vehicle, gunfire erupted.

“I got hit,” the officer can be heard saying in the footage as shots continued and ICE officers ran for cover.

Additional officers arrived shortly after, and the videos show confusion as suspects fled in multiple directions.

Officers can be heard attempting to assess the situation and locate individuals involved.

“You good?” one officer is heard asking.

“No, I’m f**king hit,” the wounded officer responded. Authorities said the officer has since recovered and returned to duty.

As officers detained individuals in the area, they questioned those taken into custody.

“At least how many are with you?” one officer asked a suspect.

“I don’t know,” the suspect replied.

The footage also shows officers initially passing a group of individuals before doubling back to detain and search them.

Several of those detained can be heard objecting to searches.

“I do not consent to a search,” multiple suspects said.

In response, one officer is heard saying, “You ain’t gotta consent to a goddamn thing.”

“F**k around and find out today,” the officer added.

Other individuals appeared more cooperative during the encounter. In dash camera footage, one person is heard addressing officers.

“Is there anything else you need, officer?” the individual said.

“I thought it was a peaceful protest. I went to a No Kings [protest] today. I thought that it would be tame and then it went to sh*t.”

Authorities said officers conducted traffic stops in the surrounding area as part of the search and detained additional suspects who had fled the scene.

Despite the initial response, the suspected gunman was able to evade capture for several hours by hiding in nearby wooded areas.

Police later identified the individual as Benjamin Song, a former Marine.

He was arrested approximately one week later following a manhunt.

Federal authorities said the case resulted in multiple convictions.

A federal jury found nine individuals guilty of charges including rioting, providing support for terrorism, and possession and conspiracy to use explosives.

One of those individuals was also convicted of attempted murder.

In addition, seven other suspects previously pleaded guilty to one count of providing material support for terrorists, according to federal officials.

The incident has drawn attention due to its proximity to the Prairieland Detention Center and the nature of the charges filed.

Prosecutors characterized the group involved as part of an organized effort tied to anti-fascist activity.

Following the incident, President Donald Trump signed an order designating antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.

Antifa, short for “anti-fascist,” is a term used to describe far-left-leaning militant groups and is not considered a single unified organization, according to reporting by the Associated Press.

The videos provide a detailed look at the immediate aftermath of the shooting and the law enforcement response as officers worked to secure the area, locate suspects, and provide aid to the wounded officer.
