Trump Admin Unleashes Nationwide Crackdown on H1B Visa Fraud and Human Trafficking [WATCH]

The Trump administration is ramping up its fight against immigration related crime with a major new investigation targeting alleged fraud in the H1B and PERM visa programs.

The probe, announced by Department of Labor Inspector General Anthony D’Esposito, marks the most aggressive step yet in the administration’s multi front effort to protect American jobs and shut down human trafficking disguised as skilled labor.

Appearing exclusively on FOX Business, D’Esposito revealed that investigators have already issued dozens of subpoenas as part of a sweeping inquiry into visa programs widely exploited by foreign labor recruiters and shady consulting firms.

He linked much of the activity to organized criminal networks, some with direct ties to transnational gangs.

“This is another example where fraud is fueling violent crime.

Much of the visa and human trafficking that we see when it comes to this foreign labor is tied to cartels, tied to transnational gangs, and this is the work that we should be doing, not only to make America safe again, but to make America more affordable again,” D’Esposito declared during his segment on “Mornings with Maria.”

The timing of the announcement comes just ahead of Vice President JD Vance’s nationwide fraud initiative event in Milwaukee.

The administration is clearly sending a message that the days of ignoring visa abuse and foreign labor exploitation are over.

The investigation highlights President Trump’s continued focus on putting American workers first, a promise that defined his first term and remains at the center of his administration during his second term.

The H1B visa program is supposed to fill genuine gaps in the labor market by allowing companies to hire skilled foreign professionals in specialized fields.

What was meant to be a limited, merit based system has grown into a multi billion dollar pipeline for tech giants and contractors to cut labor costs while pushing qualified Americans aside.

The PERM program, which certifies that hiring a foreign national will not harm domestic workers, has also become a magnet for manipulation.

“These are not just people working in factories,” D’Esposito said.

“These are people working in medical facilities and doctors’ offices that are actually putting people in harm’s way.”

His comments suggest the fraud runs deeper than most Americans realize, touching sectors that affect public safety and healthcare quality.

For years, U.S. workers have complained that global consulting firms abuse the H1B system by importing lower wage labor from overseas.

Silicon Valley’s heavy use of the visas has been controversial, with critics arguing the practice allows big corporations to inflate profits without hiring or training domestic talent.

The Trump administration has long maintained that restoring integrity to these programs is essential to rebuilding a strong middle class.

The largest share of H1B applications come from the tech sector, making up roughly two thirds of all filings in recent years.

Other top industries include consulting, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, and education.

California, New York, and Illinois remain the biggest beneficiaries, states that also happen to be liberal strongholds with little concern for enforcing immigration law.

D’Esposito noted that the fraud probe aims to ensure “hardworking Americans are not seeing their jobs taken away by foreigners or people who are gaming the system or financially benefiting from bringing these individuals into America and putting them into jobs that, quite frankly, they are not qualified to do.”

It is a clear message to both globalist employers and criminals: the free ride is over.

The administration has faced pushback from activist judges who seem determined to block every move that protects American workers.

Just last month, a federal judge struck down President Trump’s proposed one hundred thousand dollar fee requirement for H1B applications, arguing the administration lacked authority to impose what the court absurdly called a “tax.”

That ruling, like many others from the bench, reflects a broader trend of judicial activism aimed at hamstringing Trump’s worker first agenda.

Still, the president and his team remain undeterred.

The Labor Department’s new investigation is only the beginning of what insiders describe as a far reaching anti fraud campaign targeting labor exploitation, benefits abuse, and other scams draining taxpayer resources.

With an election season heating up, the administration is determined to make good on its promise to defend American wages and restore law and order.

D’Esposito has become one of the most vocal enforcers within the Trump cabinet, making public corruption and human trafficking central to his office’s mission.

His earlier efforts exposed widespread fraud in programs like SNAP and unemployment benefits, saving taxpayers millions.

Now, he is zeroing in on visa schemes that have gone ignored by bureaucrats for years.

Supporters say this renewed enforcement aligns perfectly with the vision that got Trump elected in the first place.

The system has catered to powerful corporate interests and foreign labor mills for decades while blue collar Americans watched their livelihoods vanish.

Trump’s crackdown, they argue, is about reclaiming fairness and accountability.

With subpoenas already issued and more on the way, it is only a matter of time before names start surfacing and indictments drop.

If history is any guide, the probe will expose deep corruption not only among shady enterprises but also within the institutions that enabled them.

The message from the administration is unmistakable: America’s laws exist for a reason, and the Trump team intends to enforce them.
