Conservative commentator David Harris Jr. and Kari Lake, a senior advisor to the United States Agency for Global Media, expressed outrage over alleged fraud tied to daycare centers in Minnesota, arguing that those responsible have yet to face accountability despite what they described as serious criminal conduct.

The exchange focused on allegations of widespread fraud involving daycare operations, with both Harris and Lake questioning how state and federal leaders could remain unaware of the activity.

Harris said he believes the situation rises to the level of criminal wrongdoing and directly implicated top Minnesota officials.

“Mean, I think it’s criminal. I personally think it’s criminal. I don’t think there’s any possibility and possible that Tim Walz did not know what was going on with all this fraud happening in all these daycare centers. Him or Ilhan Omar,” Harris said.

Lake went further, describing the alleged actions as not only criminal but a betrayal of the American public.

She argued that the exploitation of taxpayer-funded programs and public trust has broader political consequences, particularly when it comes to elections.

“I’m gonna take it a step further. I think this is treasonous. This is an act against the American people. This is knowingly. I believe this is happening knowingly,” Lake said.

She added, “I believe this is part of how you win elections in Minnesota, is you get the huge block of people who are coming here and defrauding the American people and the goodwill of the American people.”

Lake said the lack of arrests has fueled anger among Americans who expect consequences when laws are broken.

“I am so fed up right now. I wish, I wish that you could feel the anger that I have inside of me after seeing this story and realizing the goodwill of the American people is being taken advantage of, and there’s not one damn person with handcuffs on,” she said.

She contrasted the absence of arrests in the alleged fraud cases with law enforcement actions taken against political figures, arguing that the disparity reflects a deeper problem within the justice system.

“I’m so damn sick of this, David, I’m so sick of it,” Lake said.

“And I think that the anger I have inside after seeing this, and the anger of seeing the corruption in Washington, DC, where I’m now working, the corruption at my agency, the corruption at agency after agency, and there’s not a damn person in handcuffs yet.”

Lake pointed to past high-profile cases as examples of what she sees as unequal enforcement.

“They dragged Roger Stone out of his house, they raided Mar a Lago, they attacked President Trump,” she said.

She questioned when similar enforcement actions would be taken against those accused of fraud.

“When are we going to see some effing handcuffs on some effing criminals in this country?”

Both Harris and Lake said public patience has run out. Lake concluded by voicing what she said is widespread frustration among taxpayers.

“The American people have had it up to here, and we want some people locked up, prosecuted behind bars for the rest of their lives. We’re sick and tired of it,” she said.

What happened in Minnesota is not merely criminal, it’s treasonous.

And I have so much anger seeing this, seeing the corruption where I’m working in Washington, DC, and knowing no one’s been held accountable yet.
