A report highlighted by Fox News Digital details a network of organizations tied to millions of dollars in funding for activist groups across the United States and globally, raising questions about the origins and coordination behind protest movements.

Will Cain discussed the findings, focusing on what he described as a coordinated system behind various demonstrations.

“Let’s talk about the worldwide paid protest pipeline. Who’s funding it and why?” Cain said.

He added that the same patterns appear across different movements, stating, “Because, no matter the cause, anti ICE, pro Palestine, pro Iran, you’ll see different signs, but it’s the same script, and it’s the same networks, the same organizers, the same graphics, the same font.”

Cain said Fox News Digital examined financial transactions spanning several years, stating, “Fox News digital has been digging into this, following the money.”

He said the investigation identified a central figure connected to the funding, adding, “A lot of it, leads back to one man we told you about him in the past, tech tycoon, American born Neville Roy Singham, who lives in Shanghai now.”

According to Cain, Singham is alleged to have directed funding through multiple channels, stating, “He allegedly poured millions into these networks to push an overtly pro Chinese Communist Party interest.”

Cain outlined the structure described in the report, saying, “Here’s what Fox News digital as Romani has uncovered after analyzing hundreds of transactions from 2017 to 2025.”

He said the funding begins with Singham, adding, “It starts at the top with Neville Roy Singham.”

Cain said the funds were routed through various entities, stating, “He has allegedly funneled around $278 million through shell companies.”

He described the first layer of organizations, saying, “That starts with a core six.”

Cain added, “It’s companies like Code Pink, the People’s forum.”

He noted that these groups are visible at demonstrations, stating, “You should get to know these because they’re the emblems, the logos that you will see on all the signs at these protests.”

He said the network expands beyond those organizations, adding, “From those core six, they then distribute it out in like a third concentric circle to 52 secondary organizations.”

Cain continued, “And then again, globally, it’s fractured up again into 11 downstream groups.”

He said the network ultimately supports a large number of groups, stating, “Now you’re talking about nonprofits all across the world.”

Cain added, “The end result, 2000 activist groups are funded by this one man, Neville, Roy Singham.”

He questioned the purpose behind the funding, asking, “And what’s it for? What is the message that he’s pushing?”

Cain pointed to messaging associated with the groups, stating, “What information is he laundering through these groups?”

He referenced specific organizations, saying, “There’s Code Pink on the surface.”

Cain added, “It’s a feminist grassroots organization co founded, by the way, by singham’s wife, Jody Evans.”

He said the group has organized demonstrations, stating, “They do things like the day of action after the Soleimani strike, they did a free Palestine March.”

Cain also discussed another organization, stating, “And then there’s the people’s forum.”

He quoted its stated mission, saying, “Their mission, as they say, is to build unity across the line of division at home and abroad.”

Cain said the activities extend beyond that description, adding, “They focus on anti imperialism, anti capitalism.”

He cited examples of events, stating, “They did the Times Square rally the day after October 7.”

Cain added, “They protest maduro’s capture.”

He said the messaging is presented in a certain way, stating, “This is the feel good, benign message that is actually in play when it comes to the people’s forum.”

Cain said the timeline of activity dates back several years, stating, “The idea the information laundered points back to 2017.”

He referenced a personal event connected to the timeline, stating, “You see what happened in 2017 is Singham in the Code Pink, co founder Evans got married.”

Cain added, “They got married in Jamaica.”

He described the broader interpretation of that moment, stating, “So a wedding started this but not exactly the kind of wedding that you would expect.”

Cain continued, “Not the kind of gift, not the place you would expect the start of a revolution.”

He said the report ties the network to a longer-term strategy, stating, “But according to this report, the generations, this generations, our generations, Maoist People’s War, are the ones that caught the bouquet.”

Cain referenced historical context, stating, “See in 1934 Mao Mao Zedong of Chinese Communist Party set forth his doctrine.”

He described that doctrine, adding, “His doctrine was decentralized networks, ideological indoctrination, civil institutions.”

Cain said the structure outlined in the report mirrors that approach, stating, “What’s happening today with Singham, same exact playbook.”

He added, “Disparate activist groups, tax exempt, non profits.”

Cain concluded by describing the broader implications, stating, “It’s all again, a long term cultural revolution, a battle for your mind.”

He added, “This is real, happening, cognitive warfare.”
