‘We Two Kings’ and the Art of Trolling

This absolutely had to be my last one for the night.

As you may – or may not – have known, it’s been a couple of busy days for the president and our glorious First Lady.





From ducking madmen and comforting an angry and concerned nation on Saturday night…

…to rearranging Norah O’Donnell’s derriere…

…President Trump has scarcely had a moment to chill out. Not that he’d want one.

And then, today?

Chuck and Camilla stopped in for a visit.

And it was everything British royalty could appreciate from their American cousins for their first state visit

The troops looked gorgeous.





And that revamped Rose Garden? Now you can hold a proper parade.

The Windsors and the Trumps strolled across the White House lawn to check out Melania’s new White House beehive, which is the sort of thing that is right up King Charles’ alley.

And President Trump proved again what a charmer he is with all things large and small, as a bee landed in his hand. Everyone held their breath, worried it would sting him.

No worries, though. The tiny ballcap gave it away.

Trump and the British sovereign have always seemed to enjoy each other’s company, and their camaraderie was apparent in the vignettes of their White House strolls and interactions.





I’m sure having a friendly face to wander around the house with was a nice break from recent events.

Here was another guy he could have a lighthearted moment with – poke in the ribs a bit.

There’s a state dinner tonight, and they’ve already got the troops lined up outside the White House entryway. 

Everyone looks so marvelous – Melania is just stunning, the president ever so sharp- and it should be spectacular.

Anyway, this afternoon, Charles and the Queen were off to Congress for his historic address, which, oddly enough, seemed to have plenty of ‘No Kings’ Democrats in attendance just gushing over a chance to meet the monarch.





…Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi beamed ahead of Tuesday’s speech in a striking lilac suit as King Charles and Queen Camilla took the stage. Pelosi was also seen mingling with Republicans on the other side of the House chamber in a friendly manner before the address. 

Pelosi was also named by current House Speaker Mike Johnson as an official escort to bring the King into the House as Tuesday’s address commenced.

Last month, Pelosi argued in a video posted to Facebook that ‘NO KINGS – that was the WHOLE POINT of the American Revolution and our Constitution.’

Wearing a nearly identical shade of lilac to Pelosi on Tuesday was fellow ‘No Kings’ rallier, New Jersey Democrat LaMonica McIver. 

Although in attendance at Tuesday’s speech, McIver did not stand during several instances of the King’s speech when most of her colleagues did, including one mention of a joint commitment to national security between the UK and the US.

These phony baloney, simpering buffoons are ridiculously transparent.

But the king did himself proud.

Then, the coup de grâce to the haters. The chef’s kiss from Trump.

A gobsmacking gutbuster was released from the White House X feed and did exactly what they intended.





Humorless, scolding, hate-filled, TDS-addled heads exploded across the country and looked so pathetic writhing in their feeble anger, pounding out community note corrections with their tiny twee fists.

WAAH!!

All except one.

And I’m ded.
