Get ready for 83 seconds of pure … ick.
Actually, today’s truly deep question is what Abdul El-Sayed thought would happen when he agreed to appear on Jesse Watters’ show in the first place. The decision to do an interview on Fox News makes some sense when fighting to win a statewide election in a state Donald Trump won two years ago. Sean Hannity would probably have been the choice there, who routinely offers grace to political opponents, or maybe Bret Baier, although his calm and cool demolition of Kamala Harris deserves legendary status. The Five might have been El-Sayed’s best format.
Instead, El-Sayed chose to tangle with Watters and his naturally combative-yet-amusing style. It didn’t take long for Watters to demolish El-Sayed on the question of sex-change surgeries for minors, a question that El-Sayed thought he’d prepared for by asking about … Watters’ penis.
This will become legendary for all the best reasons:
🚨 WTF?! Abdul El- Sayed says CIRCUMCISION is the same thing as SEX CHANGES FOR MINORS
JESSE: “So you think it’s okay for a parent to SLASH his kids dingaling off?! You think that’s okay?!”
ABDUL: “Are you circumcised, Jesse?”
JESSE: “Uhh yeah, that’s a PERSONAL QUESTION,… pic.twitter.com/Znb3ix0ToD

JESSE: “Uhh yeah, that’s a PERSONAL QUESTION, ‘Doctor’ Jesse: Circumcision is different than castration!”
ABDUL: “I’m just saying that yes, circumcision is surgery on a kid’s dingaling”
These people are SICK.
The full answer was even dumber:
Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed got extremely personal with Fox News host Jesse Watters on Monday — asking if he is circumcised — during a bizarre defense of sex change surgery for minors.
“Do you really want to have this conversation? Are you circumcised?” El-Sayed bluntly asked the “Jesse Watters Primetime” host, after arguing that the government shouldn’t get involved in transgender medical procedures for children. …
“Circumcision is different than castration!” Watters fired back.
Undeterred, El-Sayed argued that it’s a “problem” that Watters believes the government should step in to outlaw sex change surgeries for minors but not circumcisions.
“I’m just saying that yes, circumcision is surgery on a kid’s ding-a-ling,” the former public health official told Watters. “So if you really want to bring that up, you can … I just think you guys are really selective about these things.”
Fact check: true. When it comes to circumcision, being selective is THE ENTIRE POINT. You’d think a doctor would know that, but maybe doctors who never actually practice medicine are under the impression that circumcision is only selective as it approaches the pubic bone. If a doctor or a mohel doesn’t perform circumcision with a high degree of selectivity, it would be malpractice at the very least.
And that’s exactly what pediatric sex-change therapies: gross malpractice based on no rational data or therapeutic value. Doctors and mohels do not perform circumcisions for the purpose of pretending to change the biological sex of the patient involved. Removing genitalia completely for that purpose, especially on minors, is not just malpractice; it’s monstrous, and Doctor El-Sayed apparently supports it.
What’s most remarkable to me, though, is that El-Sayed clearly prepared this response. He thought this was the slam-dunk defense of pediatric sex changes, and he clearly thought he’d walked Watters into the trap when El-Sayed asked the status of the Watters’ hose. (Sorry, Jesse, couldn’t resist.) El-Sayed is so disconnected from reality and mainstream America, so marinated in his radical-socialist bubble, that he thought circumcision would be a complete defense of the pediatric sex-change industry. From the look on his face in this clip, I’d bet that he high-fived his advisors at the end of this. It may take a couple of days for anyone at El-Sayed’s campaign to realize he made himself look like an idiot, and not just a little bit of a creep by demanding the details of Watters’ anatomy.
My prediction: This will be El-Sayed’s last Fox News interview. However, I do hope that other reporters will follow up with another question about female genital mutilation (FGM). As David wrote last week, the socialist-elite bubble is attempting to use pediatric sex-change operations to justify this barbaric practice, and Michigan has been a particular epicenter of the FGM practice. Will Doctor El-Sayed condemn FGM, or is that also a “selective” issue for him?
Editor’s Note: The 2026 Midterms will determine the fate of President Trump’s America First agenda. Republicans must maintain control of both chambers of Congress.
