ATF Director Robert Sakata said on X that NFA guidance and FAQs should be posted by the end of the week. The announcement gives gun owners and dealers an expected timeframe, but it does not yet explain how NFA changes will affect transfers, manufacturing, registration, or eligibility. The speaker emphasizes that the wording “should be posted” is an expectation rather than a guarantee and notes a related 10-day window ending on the 12th. The video concludes that viewers should wait for the official documents and assess whether they provide clear, practical instructions.
