Swedish electro-pop artist Cobrah experienced an onstage wardrobe malfunction during her performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Sunday, briefly interrupting her set before she returned to continue performing, as reported by The New York Post.

The incident occurred at the Gobi stage, where Cobrah was in the middle of her performance when her top suddenly came undone.

According to accounts from attendees and posts shared online, the situation unfolded quickly, prompting the artist to leave the stage momentarily.

One concertgoer described the moment in a post, writing that Cobrah appeared to be adjusting her outfit before “it was just … and her running off stage,” characterizing the sequence as a rapid and unexpected interruption.

Other attendees also reacted to the moment, with one stating, “I was jaw on the floor,” while another wrote, “We were so shocked and felt so bad.”

After stepping off stage, Cobrah returned wearing an oversized black T-shirt layered over her original outfit, which included a nude corset bodysuit.

She resumed her performance shortly afterward, continuing her set without further interruption.

The moment quickly gained traction online, with clips and commentary circulating across social media platforms. Audience members and viewers discussed both the unexpected nature of the incident and the performer’s response.

Several commenters noted that Cobrah continued her performance with minimal delay after returning to the stage. Some observers said she handled the situation effectively, given the circumstances.

At the same time, speculation surfaced online regarding whether the wardrobe issue was accidental.

Some festivalgoers questioned whether the moment may have been intentional, while others rejected that suggestion and pointed to the unpredictable conditions often associated with outdoor performances and festival environments.

Coachella, held annually in Indio, California, is known for drawing large crowds and high-profile performances, as well as moments that quickly circulate online.

Artists frequently incorporate elaborate wardrobe designs and stage elements, which can occasionally lead to unexpected issues during live performances.

Cobrah has not publicly commented on the incident.
