Kylie Jenner is already thinking about changing her chest again. The “Kardashians” star revealed on Wednesday’s episode of the “Better Half With Stas and Vic” podcast that she wants “bigger and more out there” breast implants, as reported by Page Six.

“I do want them bigger,” the 29-year-old makeup mogul told co-hosts Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel. Emphasizing how often the subject comes up, she added, “I say it every day.”

Jenner then made her desired look especially clear with a blunt declaration. “I want my tits to walk in before I do,” the reality star confirmed during the conversation.

Her friends backed up the confession, saying Jenner has discussed increasing her implant size “for the past year.” Karanikolaou, who is also 29, joked, “She has, like, an obsession with big tits.”

However, Jenner apparently is not rushing to schedule the procedure. Karanikolaou noted that her friend originally wanted to have it done before celebrating her 29th birthday earlier this month.

The Kylie Cosmetics creator said she “probably” would not undergo the procedure before turning 30 either. In the meantime, she intends to get her belly button pierced “just to experience it.”

Jenner also has a sparkling vision for that piercing. “I want diamonds dripping from my belly button. Dripping everywhere,” she said while describing what she wants.

Her latest implant remarks arrive one year after she went viral for publicly disclosing the precise details of her boob job. She shared the information in a TikTok comment after a social media user asked how she achieved the “most perfect, natural” chest and got “them to sit like that, respectfully.”

In June 2025, Jenner provided a detailed response about her implants. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! … Hope this helps lol,” she wrote.

According to London’s Centre for Surgery, 445 cc is estimated to fall between a D and DD cup, depending on the person’s starting breast size. A moderate profile is intended to create the most natural appearance.

Jenner also publicly identified her surgeon as Dr. Garth Fisher when she shared the specifications. On Wednesday’s podcast episode, she explained that the disclosure has resulted in people calling his office “all the time … asking for [her] information.”

The conversation moved beyond cosmetic procedures as Jenner addressed how she manages her online presence. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum confirmed that she personally operates her social media accounts without a team handling her posts.

“It’s just me,” Jenner told listeners. “When I post things, I never really run it by anyone. I’m also doing Kylie Cosmetics and Khy, those Instagrams.”

Still, she does not plan to maintain complete control forever. Jenner said she expects to “hand it off” to someone next year so she can “relax,” explaining that managing everything “consumes a lot of [her] time.”

Jenner also responded to rumors that she and Karanikolaou had fallen out after her longtime friend missed her birthday celebration.

Page Six reported last week that the pair are “still friends” and “just haven’t been hanging out as much as they used to.”

The Hulu personality dismissed the speculation about their friendship during Wednesday’s episode. Laughing at the claims that they are no longer close, Jenner said, “I think it’s funny. I just really don’t care.”
