Mob Chaos Erupts at Brooklyn Hospital as Anti-ICE Activists Clash With Police in Violent Stand-Off [WATCH]

Brooklyn witnessed another display of leftist mob rule over the weekend as roughly 200 anti-ICE protesters stormed the area around Wyckoff Heights Medical Center late Saturday night.

The agitators blocked entrances and exits to the hospital, preventing emergency vehicles from accessing the facility, all in an attempt to interfere with federal immigration authorities carrying out their duties.

The chaos erupted when word spread that ICE agents had taken a Nigerian national, identified as illegal immigrant Chidozie Wilson Okeke, to the hospital for medical evaluation after his violent arrest.

Okeke reportedly entered the United States on a tourist visa last year but ignored his departure date, staying illegally.

Federal authorities said he had already been arrested for assault and drug possession prior to the bust that triggered Saturday night’s turmoil.

As ICE agents followed protocol and transported the suspect to receive medical attention, the mob descended, blocking traffic and screaming obscenities at both officers and hospital staff.

“They were blocking hospital entrances and exits, so emergency vehicles would have trouble coming in and out,” an NYPD spokesperson said.

It was a scene straight out of a left-wing protest playbook—disrupt everyone else’s safety to make a political statement.

When police officers arrived just after 10 p.m., they tried to reason with the protesters.

But the scene quickly spiraled into an all-out standoff.

For hours, demonstrators hurled insults, trash cans, and debris onto the street, while officers struggled to keep order.

At one point, things turned physical when a minor altercation between one protester and a police officer escalated into a full-fledged brawl.

Fists flew, people tackled each other, and the situation looked less like a protest and more like a street riot.

NYPD sources described the scene as “complete chaos.”

Federal agents inside the hospital faced their own share of challenges.

Okeke reportedly refused to comply with medical staff, at one point throwing himself on the floor and screaming instead of submitting to treatment.

DHS officials said the illegal immigrant had attempted to weaponize his vehicle against officers during his arrest, trying to run them down before resisting violently.

“During his arrest, Okeke refused to comply with officers’ lawful commands to exit the vehicle and weaponized his vehicle to attempt to hit ICE officers,” a Department of Homeland Security representative told reporters.

“Okeke became physically combative, attempting to punch and elbow ICE officers. Our officers followed their training and used the minimum amount of force necessary to make the arrest.”

The situation reached a boiling point around 2 a.m. Sunday, when ICE agents attempted to leave with the detainee.

They were met with jeers, projectiles, and physical confrontations. Agents were forced to use pepper spray while rushing to their vehicles, managing to escape as some in the crowd continued to riot.

Despite liberal critics accusing NYPD of “colluding” with ICE, the Police Department firmly denied any coordination with federal agents.

“We had no prior knowledge, involvement or coordination with this ICE operation,” an NYPD spokesperson said.

Officers, they explained, simply responded to emergency 911 calls reporting a hostile crowd blocking critical hospital access points.

Law enforcement sources bluntly noted that without the NYPD presence, the crowd’s aggression could have easily turned deadly.

“If the NYPD wasn’t there to keep the peace, God knows what these ICE agents would have done,” one source said.

Nine people were arrested as part of the melee and now face charges including resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and obstructing governmental administration.

Among those charged was 25-year-old Sharon Fresystaetter, who allegedly hurled trash into moving traffic and climbed onto a police car.

Witnesses noted her pink hair and disheveled appearance as she appeared before a judge.

Another protester, Chloe Sells, was accused of smashing a police car window with her fist and attaching a “used sanitary pad” to the vehicle, according to court records.

Others faced similar charges for reckless endangerment and property damage. The list of accusations reads like a menu of chaos-driven activism, complete with the usual disregard for public safety.

New York City’s “sanctuary” status has long complicated these interactions between ICE and local police.

Liberal politicians continue to posture against immigration enforcement even as incidents like this one endanger entire neighborhoods.

These radical demonstrators claim moral high ground, yet their actions put patients, police, and hospital workers directly at risk.

As dawn broke over Bushwick, the hospital slowly returned to normal operations after hours of mayhem.

ICE confirmed that their detainee was taken into federal custody without further medical concerns.

But the protesters’ message was clear: they would rather disrupt a hospital and risk lives than allow the rule of law to stand in their open-border city.
