Schumer’s Meltdown Over Voter Verification Proves Democrats Prefer a Rigged Game [WATCH]

Carl Higbie is arguing that a potential Supreme Court emergency order allowing the government to use government data to verify voter eligibility could become a major issue heading into the midterm elections.

Higbie framed the matter as an election-integrity question, saying government databases should be available to determine whether people who are not eligible to vote are participating in elections.

“This is where we’re at, where we have to have the Supreme Court issue an emergency order to allow the government to use government data to verify people who shouldn’t be here or, at a minimum, shouldn’t be voting to decide who runs the government,” Higbie said.

He described the development as a major political advantage for Republicans, particularly after lawmakers failed to pass the SAVE Act.

“This is a massive win for Republicans since they wouldn’t pass the SAVE Act, by the way, especially since we’ve shown you this map before that Kamala Harris seems to only be able to win states that don’t have voter ID,” Higbie said.

Higbie then challenged Democratic criticism of efforts to tighten voter eligibility verification.

He referenced criticism of the Supreme Court and President Donald Trump’s election policies before questioning how stopping ineligible voters could reasonably be characterized as cheating.

“Do they think we’re stupid? I mean, Chuck Schumer, the guy who puts cheese on his burger patties before he actually cooks them,” Higbie said.

“The the MAGA Supreme Court strikes again, putting its thumb on the scale for Trump’s election-rigging agenda. Donald Trump’s agenda has failed. His attempts to cheat will fail, and the voters will hold him accountable for all of it in November.”

Higbie rejected that characterization and argued that verifying eligibility should instead be viewed as a basic election safeguard.

“Please explain to me in crayon how making sure people who aren’t supposed to vote not be able to vote is cheating in the election,” Higbie said.

He continued by questioning what he sees as a contradiction in Democratic arguments over non-citizen voting.

“Again, me being the constitutional absolutist, how is that an entire party will stand there and tell you that non-citizens are not voting? Then we show you that non-citizens are. We just showed you, like in the last six months, that they’re voting,” Higbie said.

He argued that if non-citizen voting is not considered a significant problem, there should still be little objection to measures designed to prevent it.

“Then, instead of putting the effort in to make the non-citizens they say were never voting in the first place, stop them from voting, then say Donald Trump is cheating by doing that?” Higbie said.

Higbie then turned to the possible effect of stricter verification during the upcoming midterms.

He said he is interested in whether stronger eligibility checks could affect voting patterns that have historically benefited Democrats.

“Either way, this is a major win for the midterm elections, and I’m very interested to see if this cuts away any historical Democrat voting numbers,” Higbie said.

He also raised concerns about mail-in ballots and postal handling, arguing that election accountability requires more than eligibility verification alone.

“Keep in mind, as long as we can do that and monitor mail-in voting ballots and also not have the post office throw them away before they actually get there, which happened, this could actually be a somewhat accountable election, which would almost guarantee a Republican win,” Higbie said.

That prediction represents Higbie’s own assessment of the political consequences of tighter election controls.

He said the SAVE America Act could have addressed the same concerns legislatively but argued that lawmakers failed to act.

“Something that the SAVE America Act would have done, but these people are too lazy to get off their ass and do it themselves,” Higbie said.

Higbie concluded by crediting Trump with pursuing another path to achieve the same objective.

“So once again, Donald Trump had to figure it out, which is what the Democrats are afraid of, by the way.”
